Changed up dinner tonight! This time I made a zesty chicken and shrimp gumbo with pea microgreens and cilantro on top!
This is probably one of my favorite dishes and it takes less than 30 minutes to make.
And let's be honest, I still made avocado toast on the side too. 😂
