So GRATEFUL to open sign ups for our long anticipated first clinic in Lorton with Coach Daniel Stewart! Check out the flyer for all the Info!

I was fortunate to grow up with yearly Daniel Stewart clinics and was lucky to be able to share them with my NOVA students for many years at our Pembroke farm. It is a dream come true to Finally be able to share these special clinics and the Coach who largely influenced my teaching style with you here at our Lorton farm!

If that wasn't enough, as a bonus and intro to some of the rider based workshops/offerings we will be hosting, we will end our day Saturday with a Fascial Release Workshop from another incredible movement instructor who has also had a huge impact on my teaching evolution and deeper understanding of biomechanics and functional movement.

Thank you to these wonderful teachers! I can't wait to share them with all of you! 🙏🙌

Remember, this horse showing and riding is supposed to be FUN! That's how most of us got started. Smile, enjoy your your horse and what you are learning. It's all a process. Some days you win and some days you learn! I have found that the more you have fun, the more success you make. Being overly critical of yourself or your horse generally works against you. Always find the good in everything first. Whether you are the rider, trainer, sponsor or parent be positive, be supportive. No one tries to do poorly! SO many riders beat themselves up and are critical of themselves. They don't need help at that! Focus on the positive and you will see much more positive results! Try it and see what happens!!!

ISO horse for a client: Please read ad and don’t waste your or my time with horses that don’t match what we are looking for. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I mean that in the nicest way possible. Looking for horses is hard enough.

Budget: Low 5 figures

Location: Closer to Northern VA the better but we will look anywhere. The right one is the right one.

Discipline: lower level eventing, dressage, trail riding

Height: 16-16.3h (can be a little flexible on height)

Color: any color

Gelding preferred over mare - will need to live with another gelding

Age: 6-12yr (can be flexible but need something that can go do now)

Breed: don’t care - would prefer some kind of a draft cross. A TB probably won’t fit this one unless it’s really spectacular

Please do not send something that has potential to do it. If it has not been to an event it is not the horse I am looking for.

It HAS to be sweet and easy to handle on the ground. Something that wants attention.

It can be forward but this is for an AA so no naughty behavior please. Nothing down hill that needs a lot to balance them.
