Previous guy would not trim this guy since he was a mule. The owner had drugs on hand we never opened the box. What a great mule and very pretty as well.

We worked on the guy today. He had flare on the medial side of his near hind hoof, due to exce length of the medial hoofwall. This was most likely caused from imbalanced trimming and shaping the shoe to the flare from the previous hoof care provider. He is balanced now and walking beautifully. We will see him at his next appointment.

We hear it all the time! Well so and so only charges less than you. Yep and their work is not as high quality. If you pay less you get less.
