Excessive white on dogs has been connected to deafness.

Congenital deafness has been reported for approximately 80 breeds, with the list growing at a regular rate; it can potentially appear in any breed but especially those with white pigmentation. Congenital deafness in dogs can be acquired or inherited and the Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER) test is the only accepted method of diagnosis.

Pray for our sweet Tagalong. He was neutered today. We are not used to seeing him this way and its making us all very sad for him. He is getting lots of quiet rest time tonight. Dont worry, we are keeping a close watch over him, but our hearts are heavy for him tonight. He is on some pretty good medications but i can tell he is still hurting.

Its the end of a journey and though we are glad for this reprieve to reroute our program, we are still sad to see this particular chapter come to an end. Tagalong will remain here with us.

Bailey is doing well in her new home with the Franklin family! She is learning good behaviors and well loved! Its hasnt even been a week but look how fast she’s learning

These guys are so fun! They love to play and are just so sweet! Ready Dec 20th! Taking reservations now! We will be home the 23 & 24th if necessary to ensure Santa 🎅 😉🎄🎄🎄is able to bring them home for Christmas!
