This handsome good boy, Frisco, was in for a physical exam to discuss his pain and arthritis treatments. His long nails made it even trickier for him to get around, but he's become extra sensitive and gives his owners a hard time when they try to trim them. Centreville staff brought out yoga mats to help keep him comfortable and stabilized, and had THREE vet assistants involved in gentle Fear Free restraint, support, and of course, treat-feeding/distraction (a little bribery never hurts)
*When nail trims at home or the groomer are no longer possible, sometimes paying the team of medical professionals is worth it.
