Hello Everyone! I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! I would like to address any concerns regarding the k9 respiratory illness.

We are aware of the k9 respiratory illness going around and we are taking all necessary steps to keep your pet safe. As far as we know, it is being spread by dog to dog contact in high traffic areas (multiple pets together in a space). What are we doing about it?
- We offer a one on one personalized service. You pet will not be in direct contact with other pets during their grooming appointments.
- We use veterinary grade cleaners/disinfectants on all tools and surfaces between each pet.
- We do not groom sick pets! If your pet is coughing, sneezing, has nasal discharge, etc please cancel your appointment. This has always been our policy.

What can you do?
- It is recommended your pet is up to date on all vaccines including influenza.
- Avoid high traffic places such as daycares, boarding facilities and dog parks as much as possible.
- Keep sick pets home and under the care of their veterinarian.
- I always recommend pet insurance to my clients. It is a great financial safety net when you might unexpectedly need it for accidents or illness.
