German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California GSRNC is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of German Shepherds.

The specific purpose of our organization is the prevention of cruelty to animals by:

1. Rescuing German Shepherd Dogs from life threatening situations at animal shelters and elsewhere.
2. Finding German Shepherd Dogs permanent loving homes with qualified owners.
3. Assisting owners of German Shepherd Dogs who can no longer keep them to find them new homes.
4. Working cooperatively with animal she

lters and other rescue groups in the community towards our common goals of saving dogs' lives and reducing pet overpopulation.
5. Educating the public about the advantages of adopting dogs from shelters and rescue organizations, and about the need for spaying and neutering dogs.
6. Educating owners and prospective owners of German Shepherd Dogs about their proper care and training, and about other aspects of the breed. Our adoption fees are $400 for puppies up to 1 year of age, $350 for 1-6 years of age and $200 for 7 years and up.

Love is in the air, and what better way to celebrate than by giving back to our furry friends in need? This Valentine’s Day, German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California is hosting a special fundraiser to support our mission of rescuing and rehoming German Shepherds.

Every dollar raised goes directly to helping dogs in need, from medical care to finding their “furever homes.”

Let’s make this Valentine’s Day about spreading love and compassion. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of so many deserving pups.

I’m a perfect sized 53 lb., spayed, 3 year old well-adjusted girl & everyone says I’m not only adorable, but I’m affectionate, energetic, outgoing, and curious too! I was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus* I don’t know what that means but I know I have a little trouble swallowing when I eat, so I eat in my Bailey’s chair (It’s like a high chair for doggies). I’m crate trained and can be left alone without incident. I do not bark a bunch, I don’t care to dig, and I’m happy to keep myself occupied which my toys… I LOVE MY TOYS… AND BELLY RUBS!🤤 I know the right home is out there just waiting for me. Is it yours? I’m a curious girl, but my leash skills are pretty good and I’m proud to say that I know my manners.😌 I’m a pretty standard level 3 dog, but I have very low prey drive. So, I’m not too interested in passing dogs. However, since a traumatic event when I was a puppy, I’ve been TERRIFIED of cats. NO THANK YOU!
