If our product is dead upon arrival (DOA), we will gladly issue you a credit on your purchase. The following terms and conditions apply to our guarantee:



Miami Reefs LLC will issue a credit towards your next purchase for the purchase amount of product that is DOA. This credit is for the product only and does not cover shipping or packaging costs. Losses must be reported to Miami Reefs LLC within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. To be eligible to receive credit, you must email us at [email protected] and include a photo of the dead product in an unopened bag. We will check the timestamp of the tracking number to confirm the time of delivery. Miami Reefs LLC will issue a credit towards your next purchase for the purchase amount of product that is DOA. Shipping is
non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of any replacement fish. Once fish is added to your aquarium, we are not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. We ship healthy fish, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility. Claims will only be valid if the product was purchased directly from Miami Reefs LLC Remember, if you have any questions about these guarantee details, please ask us before ordering. PAYMENT
We accept PayPal. SHIPPING METHOD
We use FedEx for shipping and usually recommend 2-day shipping unless otherwise requested by the customer. SHIPPING IN THE COLD SEASON
Our goal is for all fish to arrive safely. So depending on the current temperature in the destination city, we may decide to hold off from shipping until it gets warmer. We encourage using Next Day Shipping, to ensure the fish arrive healthy, and safe. We are experienced in packing, but there is no way to guarantee that the fish will arrive safely when the weather drops below 40 degrees. SHIPPING
Orders Ship Mondays to avoid any delay in packages during the weekends, Any orders placed Monday-Friday will ship out the following Monday. Your fish will be fasted for at least two days before shipping to minimize water pollution inside of the bag during transit.

The delivery time you choose according to your shipping method is TRANSIT TIME ONLY, the time it will take once it leaves our store to your door. NOT FROM WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Please keep that in mind, it can take up to 5 days from when you place your order to ship out. Due to delayed importation and fasting to ensure the health of the fish.
