LOOK AT THIS LITTLE ✨CHAAAAMP✨ we proudly partner with Crunch Fitness. They hosted an event at 5pm and we took little Winnie there for some training practice inside the gym. He is 11 weeks old and look at how good he’s doing! This was his first time in a very loud environment, full of tons of people, loud noises and stimulation. Winnie is destined to be a service dog for Sustainable Family Services and we’re honored to be part of his journey. 🫶

Mya here is a Great Dane currently in our program working on her obedience training as well as confidence building. She can be shy and reserved and even fearful over new people, situations, and dogs. She’s making great progress and is excelling. Her family has already seen wonderful changes in her behavior. Stay tuned to see a video of her next week!🥰

Dinner time just got a whole lot easier for Leo’s pawrents! He used to be very involved with them when eating, and would even get unsettled and want to guard the food. Not anymore! Look at this little man, in his place command, calm and happy while they have dinner. Changing their mindset helps them reduce their anxiety and calm their brain. We love you Leo! 🥹🩷

Grooming goals anyone? 🙌 this is his second time with the dryer. The first time it was his mortal enemy. Now he could care less 🥰 start em young 👏 yes he’s huge but he’s still a puppy🤣

Good lab boy enjoying his first water lesson. He’s still a bit hesitant but nothing like he was when we started! 🥹 10/10 form and ball retrieve 😂

Daycare days are soooo good for dogs 🥹 structured daycare is a fantastic way to let your dog be a dog while maintaining manners. Too much over stimulation can lead to dogs making poor choices. Having a working relationship with each of these dogs allows the group to flow productively and if asked to settle, they will. 🫶

Practicing heel in public “off leash,”. This starts them in the right direction while he still has his leash on for guidance but we try voice and hand signals before supplementing with the leash if necessary. Once they progress enough the leash can be removed. Here’s Theo practicing his heel around distractions. He didn’t even try to pick that thing up off the ground either! You’ll see he gets a hand signal reminder at the end. He just got a little distracted but regained focus quickly with reward when he returned 🥰
