We have the best most wholesome farm fresh eggs at $5 a dozen. Who’s hungry?
My chickens are happy. They are absolutely a part of our family. These gals eat bugs, food scraps, and non gmo feed that we get from These raptors live outdoors 365 days a year. Our dogs help keep them safe. The best part is they are working chickens. They help move soil around the farm. No, we haven’t invented some sort of cart and harness for the chickens to pull soil around the farm and garden, however that would be very cool, we simply use the chickens to fertilize,scratch, and aerate our soil. Without chickens to work our garden, our plants simply wouldn’t be as happy. In the end we have happy dogs with jobs, chickens that work hard and play hard, and a garden that explodes during the summer. Oh yeah, and we have eggs for 5 bucks.

As an organic solution to give our seedlings strength, we are growing in mycorrhizae. The fungi know as mycorrhizae, permits the plant to obtain additional moisture and nutrients. This is particularly important in uptake of phosphorus, one of the major nutrients required by plants. When mycorrhizae are present, plants are less susceptible to water stress.

Only an heirloom tomato that came from the climate of Siberia could tolerate the fickle and sometimes cool temperatures that exasperate some gardeners in spring! 'Red Siberian' tolerates regular summer temperatures and withstands cool temperatures while still producing abundant fruit with rich, classic tomato flavor.

Do you ever wonder where your food comes from? So did we in 2020! We reached out to our friends and asked what they want to eat. They simply responded by requesting local wholesome & organic food. So we expanded our garden, stacked up our compost & found great deals on real food. We found a way to build excitement about agriculture in our community in a increasingly sustainable way. We grow food and we are proud of the way we grow it.
