Without these people and donations from fellow animal lovers we could not continue to rescue animals in need.

Little Blackie is a 3 1/2 year old male who is a very sweet and loving cat. He loves to be hugged and will cuddle with you for hours. He was rescued from a m**h home in Lame Deer Montana. He started his kitty life with a lot of abuse. He has blunt forced trauma to his stomach and ended up with Hernia surgery. Right after that, he ended up in the emergency hospital twice with upper respiratory infection. He got a rough start as a kitty but this little guy beat all odds of survival. Little Blackie gets along with dogs that are calm and gentle. Not sure about other cats.

He is strictly an indoor cat so it would be best to find a home that will keep him inside of their home. He is litter trained. Little Blackie is neutered, and has all of his shots. Looking for his forever home to give him the life he truly deserves! Please reach out if your interested in meeting Blackie!

Miss Harlow is a very loving and sweet 1 year old pit mix who got off to a rought start in life. She was found right after the sub zero weather on the Crow reservation. When found, she was severly emaciated and had mange. After a lot of TLC and vetrinary care she was a healthy pup! Harlow loves to be around her favorite people. She loves to snuggle, be held, and loves to sleep in bed. She loves to go for walks, car rides, is crate trained, and housebroken. She would do best as an only furbaby. She has gotten along with some other dogs, but has displayed some food aggression. Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter will be hosting another Free Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, November 10th from 12-4pm! Thank you Petco for awarding us this grant!

All feline and canine distemper vaccinations are free, and we are also offering $5 rabies vaccinations. No appointment necessary, just come on down!

Reintroducing Oscar! Oscar came to us in May as a cute little ball with a raspy old man meow. He had been found up underneath a car after crying for days. He was adopted the end of June and was recently returned. The adopter had said he wasn’t adjusting well. He has been in my home for just a little bit and has been a gem. He has a funny quirky personality, he is super chatty, and has one heck of a purr motor! We did have him at the adoption event this last weekend and he was the entertainment for the day with his kitten antics and playing in the crate! Everyone just loved him! He loves people and would not do well if left home alone the majority of the time. My teenaged son is currently his bestest buddy. Oscar is ready to find his furever home. We want to make sure this special little guy gets all the love and attention he deserves! Help us find Oscar his new family ❤️🐾

Meet Pepper (female) and Cayenne (male)! They are both at the Heights PetSmart and ready to find their families! Approximately 9 weeks old. They are both a little shy at first but then they are super love bugs. They love to play and purr!! They are spayed / neutered, vaccinated and microchipped! Come on in and meet them!
