Day 5
So this is actually the post I missed for Wednesday morning I Had a crazy day yesterday and never had a chance to post. It was very difficult day .I’m not gonna lie. I was starving, craving sweets, had a headache and felt extremely tired.The detox really hit hard( lots of bathroom visits) and I broke my diet. There was nothing I could do the cravings just took over. I was all good and made it until I went to Cards. I even brought celery sticks, peanut butter and carrot sticks, but the pretzels and onion dip just kept screaming my name and I couldn’t do it. Did it taste good!!!I But we’re not gonna look back.
Day 6
So yesterday was a great ! I’m down another 1.5lbs so I’m out at 6 pounds.I did a 19 hour fast.
I had me tuna for lunch with my Jell-O some celery sticks last night. I had my black bean burger, which is from the My Fresh Meals and it’s insanely good. I could almost live on that.The next time I do my detox I will make sure I have at least five of those in my house. It would make it a lot easier and you should prep and all that good stuff. I don’t do those things I wasn’t supposed to and I’m still down 6 pounds so I’m happy I feel good. I feel lighter so let’s see what today brings.❤️

Day 4
OK, so yesterday I fasted 19 1/2 hours didn’t make it to 20. I could’ve. I just forgot what time it was and I made something to eat and it was ready and I just started eating so that happened but all good. I’m down another half pound this morning so we are at 4 1/2 pounds and it is day four I feel really good today so far no headache Little bit more energy than the last couple days I got admitted the last couple days I was pretty exhausted. If you know about thrive, you’re not allowed to do your three steps while you’re detoxing so that happened but today I feel great yesterday I had a cup of strawberries, and a fruit smoothie to break my fast, followed right by the grilled shrimp that I made I did have 12 shrimp. Drinking tons of water last night for dinner. I did have a grilled chicken Caesar salad today and I’ll see you guys tomorrow.

Day 3
Actually had a really good day yesterday. Fasted 20 hours again. Broke my fast with a fruit smoothie, ate 1 nectarine and ½ bowl of chicken salad and for dinner grilled chicken with chopped tomatoes and lettuce. Down another pound too. Started getting headache just before I ate and did take two Advil. Drank about 80oz of water, had 1 Thtive thirst and 1 Thrive activate throughout the day!! Wish me luck.7 days to go🔥🔥🔥

Day 2 of Detox
