REHOME ALERT 📌 MAX

❌If you would like to meet Max he will be with one of our trainers at out THURSDAY group classes ❌

Max is a one year old lab, all up-to-date on vaccines, and due to be neutered at the end of the month. He is high drive with lots of potential to be an awesome active companion or sport dog. His genetics are unknown but could possibly be a service dog candidate or hunting dog under the right trainer.

Max currently lives with his elderly parents but, his energy just doesn’t make him a good fit. He knows very minimal manners such as sit, go to/sleep in your kennel, and is potty trained. He plays rough with toys but hasn’t tore them up nor any of the furniture.

He has been exposed to other dogs and kids. We do not recommend him to go to a home with littles due to his energy. Cats are currently unknown.

⚠️Upon adopting Max his new owner will recieve constant support from Crosstown Kennel. 25% off any private lesson and 50% off any group class.
His owners will ask for a small rehome fee to cover the cost of his neuter.⚠️

3 Common dog owner mistakes

🐾Avoiding Socialization
Socialization builds a dog's confidence, teaches them how to communicate effectively, and helps them navigate new situations with ease. Dogs that are not socialized may become fearful, anxious, or even aggressive in certain situations, which can hinder their training progress and affect their overall well-being.

🐾Going Off Leash
The law requires that dogs be kept on a leash at all times when on public property. While on private property, dogs must be under control of their owners. The intent of the law is to protect the health and safety of the public and to protect your pet.

🐾Ignoring Body Language
ignoring the body language of dogs can pose as a threat for not only humans, but for dogs too. Properly assessing body language can predict whether or not the dog will bite.
