I'll be at The Market at Henry Horton this weekend from 8-1 if I don't sell out again!

Come get your microgreens!! I know you guys are loving them! This week I'll have : Rainbow Radish, Mellow, Spicy, Eastern Sun, Kale Trio and Super food!

I'll have a few lettuce mixes but it's coming to close on the lettuce soon. Get it while you can!

I'll have a few peas too! It's looking like the zucchini may make an appearance next week!

Last week I seeded four different varieties of okra into the lettuce bed in hopes that the tall leafy plants will provide shade and heat protection in the warmth to come.

We are excited to let you all know we plan to have MICROGREENS at the Market!! We will have a limited availability of Baby Lettuce/ Spring Mix also! The lettuce will always be a mix of 17+ types of Lettuce, Kale and Spinach.
The Microgreen list is:
* Mellow Mix (Purple Kohlrabi, Tendergreen, Turnip & Broccoli)
* Eastern Sun Mix (Mizuna, Pak Choi, Cabbage, Mustard & Radish)
* Spicy Mix (Tendergreen, Radish & Crimson Clover)
* Rainbow Radish Mix (Red arrow, Purple Triton & White Daikon)
* Kale Trio (Blue Curled Scotch, Premier & Red Russian Kale)
* Superfood Mix (Purple Kohlrabi, Collard, Radish, Turnip & Broccoli)
*Sunflower

First year trying spring crops.

We have some radish and lettuce growing!

The strawberry and onion beds are looking nice too, our peas poked their heads up earlier this week and are growing vigorously!
