Natalie had a 4 day overnight with Baxter, Little B, Dawn, and Mr T! Little B gets a little nervous but warmed right up and Dawn said “I’m only coming out for food!” Baxter & Mr T were Natalie’s best friends the second she got there! They all had a great time!

16 days of 30 minute checkins with Mr. Charlie Brown! Charlie is the cutest bunny ever who loves his greens, knocking down your block tower, and going outside. I learned Charlie does NOT like to go back inside when he is exploring outside and the last pic is when I picked him up to bring him back inside and he showed his disagreement by peeing on me haha!!

4 days of checkins with Teddy & Ginger! These two furballs are so energetic and fun! Ginger is so sweet and mainly just wants lovein! Teddy has lots of puppy energy and loves to play! Today, we also did pet taxi and dropped them off at their boarding facility since I’m having my monthly treatment tomorrow and unable to continue checking on them for the remainder of their stay. I’m so glad I got to see them again!

Natalie stayed with Earl for the past 6 days! It’s been one hot week so early pearly said it’s a perfect week to stay inside and nap hah! He still sunbathed for a little bit each day and played ball (his fav). They had such a great time together!

I love this video! You can really see when Sadie processes what exactly I am asking of her. I only say the command once and give her time to show me what she’s learned - which works! She knew that “Kennel” now meant to go inside and lay down. She is a quick learner!

Willow showing she can eat slowly! When she sits after eating, I would give her a little more food. This way, she eats slowly and she is associating her kennel with yummy food!

Andrew and I working with Sadie and Willow to get used to their kennels! These girls are hard workers!

Another video showing the girls have learned to automatically sit before the door is opened, and once opened they have to wait for the release word “free”

Willow still getting used to the “Free” command. We started slowly getting rid of the lure - which was luring her out of the kennel by throwing a treat on the floor. You can see she was looking for the treat, but we wanted her to start learning the word “Free” means she can leave her kennel.

Andrew training “Kennel” and “Free” with Sadie. “Free” is these girls release word to let them know when they can leave a command. A release word helps to also train in a “stay” command without using the word “stay”!
