What a weekend! We spent our Labor Day holiday enjoying opening weekend of dove and goose season. Memphis had his first dove hunt and picked up three limits of doves. Teagan went on her first dove hunt and first goose hunt and had an absolute blast!

The highlight of the weekend had to be when Teagan and Maverick both retrieved their first goose and both came back with bands! Hunts like these create memories for a lifetime.

Our Deacon and Marley litter is officially over 3 weeks old! We still have a few black males looking for their forever families! Our puppies are raised inside our home and are interacted with constantly throughout the day. Today the puppies have officially been upgraded to their “big” pen and have been introduced to litter (alfalfa pellets) and crate training. The puppies had their first taste of puppy gruel this evening…they loved it!

All puppies will be ready to go home October 1st with AKC & UKC registration. The puppies will all be vet checked with their first round of vaccinations given by our veterinarian at 6 weeks as well as deworming at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Both parents have hips rated “Good” and elbows rated “Normal” by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). The sire is an EIC carrier. Both sire and dam have been cleared of all other genetic diseases by PawPrint Genetics. Both sire and dam are dilute free. Please find full pedigree and complete health clearances at the link below.

What a great weekend at the Music City HRC Hunt Test! Deacon earned his Seasoned title and Maverick and Memphis earned their Started title! Storm and Marley both earned two passes towards their started titles. Thanks to everyone involved for a great test!
