I never really thought of using my super vet tech skills to offer in home blood draws, but now I can! Mai, who also has Aponi, asked if I could help her with her dogs blood draw as 6 attempts were made without any success. Some breeds are much harder to pull blood than others. Sometimes, just being with their owner makes all the difference. I was able to get Vogues blood in one attempt, and with her mom, Mai, holding her for me 🥰 If you or anyone you know may benefit from this service, please let me know! The amount of appreciation and gratitude I receive from being able to help peoples pets is priceless. ❤️❤️❤️

A few past appointments I kept forgetting to post 😫 I have been very busy recently, and I am blessed to say that business has picked up. I will be working at two amazing veterinary emergencies and working on my next project! It is soon to be announced once things are in order 😆 In the meantime, I am still taking new clients!! I am soooo excited to share that Aponi was seen at VSS in Tustin this past week, and her limbs are good for prosthetics!! 😆😆😆 Her foster will be making an appointment to get pricing and fitting for them, and I can't wait to see her running around! 🥰 There were a few other concerns I had to which the surgeon reassured that she was in good health. However, the only other concern was her nose. He said that it can cause her to have labored breathing and potentially cause secondary issues, so he highly recommended for her to get surgery to open up her nose so she can breathe normally.  The quote for the surgery is about 2k plus any aftercare she may need as recovery is about 12 weeks! We are still raising funds for her prosthetics and now for her surgery! She is also still looking for her forever home! So please share and spread the word. She is truly an amazing loving puppy! 😍😍

I can now officially say that I have been in business for one whole entire year!!! 😊 I have to emphasize the year because at one point, I wanted to give up and quit, but I didn't, and anyone else who feels like they want to give up, please don't. We all get to where we want to be, we just have to keep going. On another note, I have also come up with my forever prices. As any start up, I offered prices below average, and now I am offering my services at an average cost. I will never go beyond average because, well, I am just not greedy. My purpose is to help pet parents who struggle taking their fur babies into the vet. With that, it takes time and skill to assist them, and just as I provide that quality care in the veterinary hospital when your babies are hospitalized, I am also providing that in the comfort of your home 😺😺

Hi everyone! I wanted to officially introduce myself (since I haven't yet). My name is Mariana Gonzalez Lutfi and I am owner of Two Chunky Cats and a Dog LLC. I decided to start my business because I saw a need in the industry that has not been fulfilled. I mainly provide simple services such as nail trims, gland expressions and ear cleanings, but I can also assist with giving subcutaneous fluids, bandage changes, bladder expressions, post op surgical care and so forth. For the past 10 years I have dedicated my life to the veterinary industry. I started out at a high volume spay and neuter to general practice to specialty and then found my love and passion in emergency and critical care. For almost 7 years now I have worked at various veterinary emergencies and I loved it, but like everything good comes to an end, I am now redirecting my path into business. My dream is to open a low cost spay and neuter, a cat cafe and eventually an urgent care. I know I will get there, it's just a matter of when. I love helping people and animals and I can't wait to be able to do more! So keep a look out! I will make my dreams come true ❤

A few of my appointments this past week 🥰 first is Tori who hates going to the vet, according to mom she shivers and drools from anxiety so I am happy I was able to help in trimming her nails. Then we have Sandy, Tiger and Ozzy who all did amazing with their nails and glands 😆😆

This is Valentina who helped me get there! Isn't she beautiful 🥰 I love this picture of her and had to post it because well look at her!! 😍😍 Her mom said she loves to sun bathe and her other mom captured this perfect image of her in the mountains! (Not sure where at but it seems gorgeous)

She got her nails done, ears cleaned and glands expressed today and she did so well for everything!!! ❤ Hope to see you again baby girl!

I didn't know the full story till today. Chester was found at about 2 weeks old by his now, best cat dad ever, Chad, on top of a tire. Chad said he was only keeping him for the weekend as he had lost his other cat of 14yrs and did not feel ready to take in another cat so soon. But fast forward to now, Chad could not be happier and is sooo grateful for him as Chester gives him unconditional love because the universe knew he needed it. The universe knew that it was the perfect time for Chad to find him. 🥰 I get updated on Chester every so often on how he's growing and all the adorable pictures of him and it truly makes me so happy to see both of them together. Why? Because the love of animals go beyond anything we can imagine, the unconditional love they have for us is something I don't take for granted and seeing these two together just brings me so much Joy!! I love my business because I get to experience all of this while providing convenient services at an affordable price. I love helping, educating, and being there for people and their fur babies and I will continue to do so for the rest of my life ❤

She said "let me get a picture of you so you can post it since you dont have a bunny on your IG" I dont know if she realized that by doing so she made me feel so grateful for thinking of me and supporting my business to show what other services I provide. Her intention was so genuine and kind and made me feel like a mother looking out for her child, and I've only met her twice now. It just shows me that she has a huge heart and I can only imagine how amazing of a human she is all around! Thank you Maria ❤❤❤ thank you for being you!! I appreciate you!! 🥰🥰

In doing this side business I have met some amazing people, more so I have met amazing pet parents, I have seen the love and care they provide to their fur babies and it makes me happy to know that so many people actually do CARE. APONI HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!! Once she is completely healed she will be going to her new home in North Carolina!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 I love seeing her every day, she brings me hope and joy and gosh if I could take her I would. She is just full of love and all she needs is love just look at how far she came!! She's a fighter and a lovebug! I'm grateful for her foster caretaker Mai! She is patient, loving, and the most caring human I have encountered. I am sooo thankful to have met her and to be a part of Aponis life. ❤❤❤❤❤

She is the true definition of what love means. To go through what she went through and still love people, amazes me. All she wants to do is play and give kisses, a lot of kisses!!!! 😍 So far vet check up was good and seems like she may just need time to heal. I am changing her bandages every two days and will post updates on her every so often. I can't wait to see her completely healed and chunky (jk not chunky but at a healthy weight). If anyone is interested or knows someone that may be interested in adopting her please reach out to me!! If not spread the word please!!! ❤ that just may reach the right person!

My two morning appointments today 😆😆😆 the first picture is Lily who loves to sun bathe but hates getting her nails trimmed 😅 we got it done though! And the second is a new client, his name is Mr. Higgins and he is a chonk 😻😻😻 I tried giving him a hug but he wasn't having it, next time maybe 🤔
