In a study published in the Journal of Applied Research in Veterinary Medicine, scientists found feeding pomegranate extract to a dog had incredible health benefits!

According to researchers:

The good stuff found in the pomegranate (punicalagins) possessed significant strong antioxidant and cytoprotective activities in canine endothelial cells.

In fact, pomegranates contain the most potent antioxidant activity of almost all known fruits! Providing beneficial effects on cardiovascular, nervous and skeletal health, this would be a great add to any dog bowl.

According to Dr. Karen Becker, feed 1 tablespoon per 20lbs of body weight.

Message from Owner: My little Mama Kittie is about 7 yrs old…I rescued her & her 2 babies a few yrs ago from aptmnt complex. Mama is more than a companion animal, she is my confidant, & comforts me, & I her. We have bond like other.she licks my tears away! It’s difficult to put into words but, she always makes time for me, to comfort me. I was taking Mama to the vet June17,2022 for a wellness check. Mama has a runny nose & a cackle in her purr. When she cleared her wellness check, I was going to get her spayed! I never let Mama out bc she is not spayed, however, she managed to get out of her secure carrier & took off heading east away from me. Mama was traumatized traumatized that day bc I was also taking her daughter,Maggie, (adult) to vet also on same day. Maggie cried & upset Mama Kittie That’s why Mama escaped. I need everyone’s help to bring her back . Thank you.
PS: I had 2 separate appointments at a local vet to get Mama & Maggie spayed, but they have been Ill & didn’t pass wellness check. II can’t eat, or sleep..I’m up all night hoping she comes . I walk the neighborhood & talk to neighbors with no avail. I put a dirty stinky litter box outside, A blanket & stinky food when I can find it in the store. Not only am I lost without her, but so is Maddie & Maggie, her 2 now adult daughters. They don’t Understand , where is she & why isn’t she here. Thank you. Sincerely, Lost & Heartbroken
