This girl has been a friend of the ark for quite some time now through her hard work and determination she was able to get an apartment for her and her sweet pup after living in a camp behind the library for many years. She was heartbroken to find out her dog had this medical issue that was out of her affordability so she's asking for help from the community so she can give her baby the life she deserves, now that she has a warm and fuzzy home to call her own. Every bit helps and if you can't help please share. She's a huge success story and deserves to have her baby by her side,now that she's overcome her hardship.

Hey there Facebook and ARK of Grace supporters.....
It was brought to my attention that people get hesitant on fundraisers, when people raise the goal. This was my first fundraiser and on Facebook it said to raise your goal if you already hit it before the end date of your campaign. I now see why that might not looks legit. I am happy to explain every penny I spend of donations and I have QuickBooks and keep very good records. I would like to express my gratitude for the incredible amount of donations on my first fundraiser. The admin fees actually ended up being more than I expected and I had not accounted for some small things that the extra money helped to provide. Ark of Grace's Mission has been put on my heart by God ...and was already my purpose far before I ever got my life together, so I know this is how I glorify Him to use my bad for His good.

If you've talked with me about my experience and my inspiration for doing this.... please comment with your support and you're genuine feelings about what I'm doing.

I'm an open book, this Foundation is for the fur babies and their humans who struggle. Because somebody did it for me, and in recovery our job is to share our experience strength and hope and show others how we did it. And my dog is how.

Thank you so much for your support I love you all. We are in a waiting phase.... but when we hit the ground we are going to launch into rigorous action. Faith without works is dead!... And I've got work to do. 🙏🐕

So far with fundraising money we have:
- reserved our name with the secretary of the state
- applied for and received our EIN from the IRS
- created by laws and with an appointed board of directors
- filed Articles of Incorporation
- reserved a domain name
- order business cards
- obtained business accounts specifically for foundation funds
- made july payment towards the RV
- create online accounts for operations and marketing
- purchased misc office supplies

Remaining monetary needs:
- CPA filing fee to review n prepare 501(3)c application $495
- IRS fee to file 501(3)c application $275
- remaining payoff of RV $300

All donations material or monetary will be used solely for the registration and development of this idea and rescue I am creating..... A.R.K of Grace .

Everything is legit and I'm going through all the correct legal processes. I appreciate everyone's excitement and protection of the animals. Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated from individuals, other rescues, or just animal lovers experience. This isn't just a dog rescue .... it's also a recovery kamp.... For the good of animals and their people.

I am in the beginning stages of building and opening an animal recovery rescue. As many of you may already know I feel God has called me to Placerville and out of my darkness to do this.

My immediate goal is $750 to file with the state and other administrative cost to get it going..

I hope to create more opportunity for people to be able to go into recovery knowing their animal is loved and safe and able to be theirs again.s I spent several years resistant to recovery due to my attachment with my dog, Cassidy Kona.

So I was given a vision and passion to do what i could to fill that need.

Our purpose is to provide temporary (short or long term) housing for animals of the homeless, people seeking recovery, medical rehabilitation or other positive health or life-changing programs or commitments.It will also function as a typical dog rescue for animals surrendered primarily in the same type of circumstance. We will also be training surrendered animals to become emotional support animals, and eventually paired with an individual seeking an animal companion to re-enter into their new life.
