We are a FIV/FeLV negative cattery producing limited numbers each year. We are happy to provide you with healthy, happy, and well-socialized kittens who are given lots of hugs and kisses everyday from the moment they are born. Each and every kitten is raised in our home and are given individual attention and love which helps build their own special personalities. At times, we will have older adults available to loving pet homes. We love our cats and their babies with all of our heart and soul! They are members of our family first before they are chosen their perfect forever family.
Our goal is to continue to raise healthy kittens with beautiful type and sweet personalities. All of our kittens come up to date on their vaccinations, dewormed, health certified and registered with either CFA or TICA. Which style are you seeking?
THE MODERN SIAMESE/Wedge-Head(TICA Registered) is an extreme cat in every way. This is an extremely elongated, willowy, thin slick cat with a sharply pointed wedge shaped head topped with huge ears. The long nose and the whole look of the head are exactly shaped like a piece of pie. Every part of the body is long and thin to excess. This includes the neck, body, legs and whip like tail.
THE BALINESE(TICA Registered) is a long haired version of the Modern Siamese. The Balinese hair is like silk and is low shedding and non matting.They do not have a thick double coat which is common to most long-haired breeds. Their tails are graceful and should have a full and flowing plume. Sia-Ori Dynasty is no longer producing Balinese.
THE ORIENTAL SHORT HAIR(CFA or TICA Registered) is much like the Modern Siamese with a variety of color and coat patterns available.
THE TRADITIONAL SIAMESE(also known as Applehead) is a big b***d, round faced, rounded bodied, heavy, and healthy cat. This is the original Siamese to come out of Siam (Thailand) with all the loyalty, high intelligence and talkative personality the Siamese breed is famous for. Sia-Ori Dynasty is no longer producing Traditional Style Siamese.
Before choosing to purchase a kitten from us please review our purchase policy below:
Payment for the kitten must be paid in full before the release or delivery is made to the buyer. We accept payment by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Facebook Pay, Cashiers Check or Money Order. (Be sure when paying with Banking Apps you include any and all fees they charge as your own expense.)
A $350 deposit will hold a kitten for a prospective buyer. I honor kitten choices in the order of deposits received. Deposit is completely refundable should the buyer change their mind or find a kitten elsewhere up until their selected kitten reaches the age of 10 weeks. If the buyer fails to pay the balance owed and take possession of the cat by the designated date the deposit is forfeited and Sia-Ori Dynasty is free from any obligation to the prospective buyer. If for any reason the kitten of the buyers preferred specifications (color, gender, style) cannot be made available deposit will be applied towards the next litter produced. If Sia-Ori Dynasty is unable to provide the kitten of buyers preference within one years time of placing the deposit then the entire deposit will be returned to the buyer.
Physical possession of the kitten must be taken by the agreed upon date.
Kittens are typically ready to go to their prospective homes between 13-16 weeks of age.
Kittens are dewormed at approximately 2, 4, 6, 9 & 13 weeks old.
Kittens are vaccinated at approximately 10 & 13 weeks old. Buyer is responsible for final kitten vaccination due around 16 weeks of age. I can arrange flight nanny services, cargo or ground shipping anywhere in the USA. All shipping charges will be at buyers expense.
Kittens are seen by a licensed Veterinarian; f***l test done, bloodwork done, throughly examined and deemed healthy prior to placement. They will come with a Veterinary issued Health Certificate.
Kitten will be registered with either CFA or TICA.
Neuter is recommended to be done by 5 months of age.
Spay is recommended to be done by 7 months of age.
All kittens purchased are under a spay/neuter agreement unless previously discussed and conditions are set prior to placing the deposit.
Unaltered pets are more likely to roam and be killed. Unaltered pets add to the already overburdened shelter problem by producing unplanned and unwanted animals. Unaltered pets can become more aggressive and cause damage to property by spraying relentlessly, even unaltered females have the potential to spray. If you do intend to breed I would be happy to mentor/assist you with that desire rather than work against you. Please make me aware of your intentions to responsibly breed so your cat can be registered accordingly. Your cat should only be bred to other healthy cats of equal or better quality/pedigree.
Ownership of kitten may never be transferred to any pet store, laboratory, research facility, or Humane Society. If at any time the buyer is unable or unwilling to provide a home for the kitten please contact Sia-Ori Dynasty so that we may assist you in finding a proper home. Our kittens are ALWAYS welcome back.
The buyer should provide timely and quality health/veterinary care and provide a safe/healthy home environment. Sia-Ori Dynasty is not responsible for paying any vet bills after the kitten/cat leaves our possession and care. The kitten/cat should at no time be subjected to abuse. Sia-Ori Dynasty strongly disagrees with the act of declawing! Your kitten will be accustomed to having their claws clipped weekly to maintain a short length.

Our cats and kittens are also fed boiled unseasoned/deb***d chicken breast daily for extra nutrients and protein.
