Applewood had a great day at CDHJC Equitation finals today at Skidmore college! Congrats to everyone qualifying and placing!!!!! Sophia Long and Gal won the 2’6 Medal, Ava and Lukie won the 2/2’3 medal, Emma and Stitch took 2nd in the 2/2’3 medal, Addy and Benjamin taking 3rd in the beginner medal amd Sophia and Sadie taking 8th with the fastest round of the day in the beginner medal! Fun weekend for quite a few of the Applewood riders at both Upstate Hunter Jumper on Saturday and the Stockade on Sunday! I was too busy to take many pictures, however, all the riders had fun, placed well and some moved up in jumping height! I’m super proud of all the riders and the horses!!

A quick shout out for a new product I’ve been trying! If anyone uses total calm and focus or other types of supplements, I highly recommend trying Cloud 9- it works so much better, isn’t yellow and nasty- seems to taste good and definitely smells wonderful. On top of all that it is actually less expensive!! I highly recommend it!

Had a blast at Upstate Hunter Jumper’s first show! We entered 8 divisions and took championships in 7 of them! Huge classes!!! However, champions of the day in my book are Jennifer Brooks and Sammie for staying back at the farm, keeping an eye on things for me and painting these gorgeous new jumps!!!!!

Day #2 of Saratoga was a rewarding and long one! I do not have all the ribbon pics to post yet. However, we did walk away with several championships!! Sooooo proud of all the girls and of course our Rocking Grooms- Shelby and Olivia!! Will post photos later. Excited for Day #3!

Perfect first day at Saratoga Horse Shows! Good size competitive classes and all our riders pinned! I didn’t get a ton of pictures but congrats to Maddy, Ava, Sammie, Linda and Mirielle! Excited to see what tomorrow brings. We also had the best groom, Miss Shelby Lucey!!!
