Very cool!

The addition of helmet continuous positive airway pressure compared with standard oxygen administration showed a faster clinical improvement with lower cumulative loop diuretic and shorter oxygen supplementation in dogs hospitalized for acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

Recheck ultrasound of a patient that had surgery performed Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort. Happy that all looked good! He loved his sedation ( only very mild sedation to help him feel comfortable) and enjoyed cuddling with Cassidy.

Trixie was so relaxed for her ultrasound, she didn’t even need any sedation!
Dr. Jarrett’s team provided her with such excellent care and so much comfort during her procedure ♥️

This beautiful cat was one of our patients this week! Eva had her echocardiogram done at Loudoun Valley Animal Hospital and she behaved purrfectly! These pictures were both taken after we had finished the echo. Eva was more than happy to receive pets and attention from her pet parent when everything was done!

Interesting case Kindness Animal Hospital. This 9 year old female spayed Rottweiler had chronic weight loss, diarrhea, and vomiting. Unfortunately, on ultrasound we found this ileocolic intussusception. This image was taken inside the proximal part of the descending colon. Just distal to this on the next image is the intestinal mass that caused the intussusception.

We did an ultrasound on Mr. Winston today at Prince William Animal Hospital. All checked out well and he was the goodest boy. He’s getting after ultrasound snuggles with Tiana 🥰.

This great Lego vet kit inspired me that maybe I should get a cool Segway for my mobile ultrasound practice. I could just Lego snap that machine on my Segway and roll on up to my clinics. Probably skip the hat and dress though… 🤣

Volunteering to spay and neuter cats at the Loudoun Community Cat Coalition. It’s been awhile since I’ve done surgery since all I do is ultrasound now. 😊 But I enjoyed the opportunity to work with my fellow vets to help our local pet population. Such a great group!

Check out this cutie from Greenbriar Veterinary Hospital & Luxury Pet Resort. Maximus was having some tummy trouble so we came to ultrasound him to find out why. Luckily mostly minor issues and he’ll happily be on the mend soon ! 😊

Thrilled to be able to work with Dr. Cathy Jarrett and her assistant, Cassidy, of Potomac Mobile Veterinary Ultrasound to provide mobile ultrasounds to our patients. Sweet Libby was comfortable and Dr. Jarrett even played calming music during the ultrasound. ❤️

Look at this adorable cat 😍😍😍! This is lovely “Kitty of Saba” getting his ultrasound. Such a good kitty; he did not budge at all. I just loved his expression 🤣. We ultrasounded him at Banfield in Sterling Towncenter; the caring doctors were concerned for a possible mass. Luckily it looked benign and this wonderful kitty was good to go! We play cat friendly, soothing music and comfortable towels/support to keep our feline friends happy. Love the kitties ❤️

This is an echocardiogram from a recent patient; a 14 yr old MN Yorkie. He had a mass near the left atrium/aorta in that location most likely it is a chemodectoma. It was causing a pericardial effusion (seen here) which caused cardiac tamponade ( right heart failure) and severe ascites

Charlie was such a sweet cat for his ultrasound at Vets and Pets Animal Hospital. We found some changes with his pancreas and performed a fine needle aspirate on his pancreas to help aid in his treatment plan. Isn't he a beauty?
