Please welcome, Patty, to FOMAR

Patty was found in an engine compartment this morning. The finder was leaving to the airport when he heard her cries. He tore is truck apart to get her out. He was leaving so he gave her to the neighbor who was visiting from Colorado and they reached out for help.
She is approximately 3.5 weeks old and in relatively good shape.
If you would like to help with Patty’s care, we would be forever grateful.

Today, I am thankful for Ol' Frankie! We don't know his story aside from him being lost, alone, scared and blind. I had no idea what I would do with him when I picked him up, but I knew he needed love!

I just looked down, while working, and saw him sleeping peacefully on his bed, next to my desk. It made my heart smile, so I decided to share. He's come along way from the day we picked him up. He still loves life. He still plays and wrestles, as best he can, every evening with his buddy Yugi. He, of course, loves his dinnertime and naps. He has the biggest heart and we are honored to give him love and a safe home to retire in.

Happy Sunday from Frankie! Sometimes we call him Frankie, sometimes Ol' Frankie and sometimes we call him Shrankie! He says he doesn't care what we call him as long as we never call him late for supper!! Breakfast and Dinner are Frankie's favorite times of the day. It's the ONLY time you'll see his fat b***y running and he will yell at you until you make his plate!!

He is on his last case of food if anyone would like to send him some more! You'd be his very best friend! He could also use some washable p*e pads, shampoo, and treats! Being a geriatric fella can be messy sometimes so he gets regular baths!

On my way to deliver this little love to her new daddy! Dakota came to us with pyometra and heartworm disease. She lived with me for months, while going thru her spay and heartworm treatment. The family who adopted Oliver reached out and asked if we had another emotional support animal ready. We said we had the perfect fit! They had a family member in need of a new buddy. Dakota's new daddy recently lost his wife and has been struggling. He wanted a dog before but his wife was allergic. To help heal his heart, he is adopting Dakota.

Okay, I need to catch everyone up on what’s been going on here in FOMAR world.
First off, the 5 kittens that were found in a vehicle are now 3. Two boys and one girl. In one week we made one trip to A&M and four trips to the regular vet but we lost two babies. They fought hard and we fought hard for them but the odds were against them. All of them were very under developed and lacked proper nutrition. The three that survived are doing SO well! The cutest and most playful little kitties.
Then, for the last 8 days we have been trying to trap a mommy cat and her three kittens. Day one we were able to get two of the babies. On day 6, the last baby disappeared and yesterday we were able to finally get mom. She is one smart cookie and knew exactly what to do to avoid setting off the trap. The three of them are safe and getting proper attention. I will get new pictures posted very soon.
