While we decided to keep the sunflower field for a few more days- birds are loving the field. In the back field we have some beautiful muscadines and scuppernongs.

A few years ago Bryan planted some new plants. Since then he has spent countless hours taking care of them. This year they are showing his love.

Last night my new little friend and I ran through the sunflowers and danced in them. No pictures but memories were made.

We will have one Sunday from 1-2 if we get 15 people to sign up.

Cost will be $20 per person. (Includes 10 sunflowers and an assortment of other flowers/greenery to pick from).

Must sign up for supply purposes. If we are unable to have the event I will cancel by noon on Saturday.

They are starting to pop open more and more. If you look closely in the pictures you can see them.

If the sun and rain keeps coming it looks like we may have a field ready mid week next week.

We will post available times for pictures soon. Remember times are limited so grab them quickly.

$75 for a 20 min mini session- minimum of 8 digital pictures. ($30 due to get your name on the schedule)

We will also be selling sunflowers for $1.00 a stem.

We were able to get 37 lbs today. We will be monitoring over the next few weeks and will reach out when they are available. We are testing them for sweetness and do not want to sell to you if they are not sweet. If you pre-ordered your name is still on our list. :) Sending love and thank you for supporting our small business.

The start of 2020 Season

A month ago we were trimming the muscadines vines. A lot of work but worth it in the end. Last year we had an abundance of muscadines. The grandkids had a great time picking them and Nanny made some muscadine jam. We got to try some on toast in the mornings and it was good. We are excited to see what this season will bring.

In the past few weeks the fields have had some work done. Some seeds have been planted by the hands of the grands, Bryan and Travis, maybe the tractor too. Sometimes it’s fun to see who gets to drive because everyone wants to. We are looking forward to a field full of fruits and veggies.

Yes, we have enjoyed break time at the pond fishing.
