Come out and help us Clear the Shelters this Saturday and Sunday (8/31 & 9/1) from 10-4 at our Adoption Center in Fairfax Station. We will have cats and dogs with greatly reduced and waived adoption fees, all ready to find their new homes this weekend! 70-year-old Francis Romero found himself in a coma, hospitalized and unable to respond. Remarkably, his dog was allowed to stay by his side throughout this challenging time. After a month, Francis miraculously woke up, his first words a testament to the silent comfort he received: "Where is the white angel who constantly whispered that everything would be all right?"

UPDATE ON DOODLE PUPS LEFT AT DOG PARK. It is apparently undergoing a police investigation so the pups can't be adopted while this is going on. Abandoning pets is a prosecutable offense in Va, as it should be.
