GREETINGS FRIENDS AND FELLOW MAINE C**N LOVERS! I wanted to give a brief description about my cattery, policy and processes.
There are an abundance of requests for my kittens so I wanted to address how
I operate. This will ensure that we are a good fit for one another.
MY POLICY.
All kittens born will be under "option" (I have choice of keeping them
breeding program) until 6-8 weeks of age or per my discretion.

âš« I apologize to all fellow breeder friends but NO kittens will be placed in any
other breeding program or sold with breeding rights at this time. • At this time, am not using a waiting list with exception to placing white kittens due to high demand. A nominal fee of $300 non-refundable is
required with an approved application.
• An Application and Contract will be in place for each kitten. All kittens will come with a 1 year genetic health guarantee and 30 days free pet insurance through Trupanion. This one month of free insurance must be activated within 24 hours (per Trupanian) of taking physical ownership of your kitten. This is included in the contract as mandatory. Failure to activate will result in loss of free 30 days of insurance coverage and will void Precious PawsLA contract. We strongly encourage all owners to continue pet insurance after the 30 day initial coverage even if it is with another insurer.
All kittens will be spayed or neutered prior to leaving my cattery at 11 to 16 weeks unless otherwise discussed and listed in the contract.
All kittens will be dewormed, microchipped (life-time registry with TICA, AKC ) and have their first two rounds of core vaccinations prior to leaving with a pet health booklet. It is your responsibility to have the last round of core vaccinations completed. NOTE: am against the FIP/FELV vaccine and booster due to studies showing it may in return cause FIP. All kittens test negative of FIV/ FELV. Proof of the mentioned tests and vaccinations will be provided with your kitten's heath booklet.
• RESERVATION POLICY.
• Once a kitten becomes available it will be posted to our page. Please request an application via email or Private message with an upfront payment of $300 deducted from the kitten's price. I ask that you complete it in its entirety and email it back to [email protected] and include a little about yourself/family. Photos and short videos are encouraged. I personally review all applications and will reach out directly via telephone to discuss availability upon application approval.
• Upon approval of application, the kitten is reserved with a non-refundable deposit of $300 deducted from purchase price. Methods of acceptable payments are Cash App, Zelle, Apple pay and PayPal (friends and family only ). At this time, the contract is then signed and dated. The deposit will be applied towards your total purchase price balance to ensure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to neuter/spay. NOTE: If for some reason, the remainder balance isn't paid in full by the 14th day, the deposit will be forfeited and the kitten will become available for another buyer to reserve. **Precious PawsLA also reserves the right at anytime to provide a full refund to the purchaser if the kitten or situation doesn't seem to be a good fit.**.....
