The Kuwaiti rescues on the ground in that country has received a notice that certain shelters in Kuwait will be shut down and dogs will be destroyed.
If you’re able to help, fosters and adopters are needed desperately.
They want all shelter animals gone

There is one very pitiful saluki girl 3-4 yrs old with scars and a terrible life so far. She will need a special quiet home with an experienced sighthound family to help her recover physically and emotionally. If you think you are the right foster or permanent home for her, please message me immediately!
