Welcome Spud to Rhody Paws! Spud spent quite a bit of time waiting for his new owner at the RISPCA. We are helping him transition to his new routine with some in-home training!

During his first lesson, we began with the basics to help Spud have more self control when it comes to greeting & playing with people. He has A LOT of love to give and sometimes needs help reining it in!

Welcome Charlie to Rhody Paws!

Charlie is in the middle of her 8-week coaching program with us. She’s super friendly (to a fault) so she tends to overact when she sees people and other dogs, making handling her on leash difficult.

Our goal by the end of our program is to help Charlie feel comfortable navigating around her condo complex where anything can pop up out of nowhere, and she is already making great strides!

Welcome back, Norm!

We had the pleasure of working with Norm over a 4-week Intensive Training program to improve his leash walking and curb his jumping. After making very impressive improvements, we now get to see him for regular training walks & hikes!

A massive part of having a well-mannered pup is ensuring their needs are met, and we are happy to be a part of Norm’s village in making that happen!

This gorgeous lady is a German Shepard-Lab mix in need of some basic training! She is quick to learn but can have trouble focusing around distractions or situations where she is unsure.

We are helping Ruby rely on her humans for guidance and reassurance, and we can’t wait to see her confidence grow!
