Good morning friends,

First of all, I want to say that I am so happy that you all are great pet parents and that you are taking good care of your fur babies. That brings me the most joy, and helps me sleep at night.

As the practice grows, approving multiple orders on Chewy won't be practical. It is a process that takes quite some time, and there are a few other reasons that I ask that Chewy be the last resort.

I cannot guarantee that the product is shipped, handled, and stored correctly with Chewy. Our pharmacy is getting the product directly from the manufacturer.

We have direct relationships with the drug reps whereas Chewy is a warehouse, where I can not ensure quality control.

Because I’m the only doctor with the practice, time is limited because I want to make sure I can show up for each and every one of you in a timely manner. I’ve partnered with the pharmacy that I purchase all of my supplies from (vaccines etc) to price match with Chewy.

Having our own pharmacy linked to our suppliers makes it easier for me to approve medications and the price is the exact same. I can literally approve medications with a click of a button! This includes your pet's prevention, Apoquel etc. This means that time can be allocated elsewhere.

Please register and get an account through our pharmacy. Orders over 75 dollars have free shipping, 2 days. It’s the same price as chewy.

There are also flash sales and rebates available to my clients so that you all can cut costs.
