Riley has been missing for 2 years as of today💔 Someone still has her and has decided to keep her for their own. She is missed everyday and it feels like it was just yesterday that she went missing. Today marks a VERY long year since Riley went missing. There isn’t a day that went by where I did not say a prayer, miss her terribly or hope that she would get sick to where she was ok, but enough to get her to a vet so they could scan her chip and see that she is not with whom she belongs. These daily thoughts and prayers will not stop until I get that call that she is on her way home. Please continue to keep your eyes open because I know that she is out there, and someone has her. My heart still breaks and not a day goes by where I do not think of my baby Riley ❤️ She was everything to me. I miss her so much and pray she will find her way home to me. I see and hear of stories of dogs being gone for a long time and are reunited with their family. It gives me hope that someday I will be so blessed. I really do appreciate the likes, the shares and the prayers ❤️

Good morning! I had reached out to TMJ4 to share my story about Riley and bring awareness to pet owners in the community that people are taking and selling dogs for money. I saw the story about the man in the 3rd Ward who was held up at gunpoint and was told to hand his dog over. Not only are dogs being targeted but owners as well and just shows how desperate people are right now and that we need to protect ourselves and our furry pets.
They are adding resources like Maddac and tips from the local rescue group Billy's Posse that has been helping me so if you are still up at 10pm or want to set your DVR’s the story will be airing tonight! I am hoping this will help get Riley home or even help someone else 😊

Today is exactly 2 months since Riley went missing. These 2 months feel much longer than the 2 years I had her 😔 I know someone has her so I still have hope she will make it back home. The agony of knowing she is out there affects me daily. Praying that she returns sooner than later 🙏🐶❤️

First, I want to thank the AMAZING dog rescue group Billy's Posse https://billysposse.com who reached out to me, has been giving me tips and who set up this page! If you ever lose a dog they got your back!
For those that do not know the whole story Riley went missing in the Walker’s Point neighborhood on June 1st. We were visiting a friend and she slipped out of a gate. I have hit the neighborhood hard. Going door to door talking to residents, posting fliers, going to businesses and have reached out to local groomers, shelters, police and mail carriers in the area. After telling my story in that area I heard the repeating and sad reality that “someone has her or she’s been sold”. I guess this is a thing? I must live in a bubble. A few weeks ago someone reached out to me and told me that they had seen Riley being sold around the time she went missing on a private FB site called The Whole Milwaukee #1. That person invited me to the page and since then I have been posting a reward of $1,500 in hopes that money talks. This all makes me sick to my stomach as I just saw another person’s lost dog being sold on that site. I tried to tell them to take them to Madacc but got chewed out. My worry is how she is being treated and if she will ever return home. She is my baby and deserves to be back where she belongs. Please say prayers, keep an eye out and please PM me with any information and if you are missing an animal contact them(If they don't get to you first!).
