Knickerbocker was adopted today. This little girl was so excited to find him at our rescue house. Tomorrow (3/8)at Bentley’s in Pooler, we will be there from 12-2 with some more kitties looking for furever homes.

It's a socialization emergency! Donators assemble!

We've recently begun implementing a twice daily socialization routine with some of our more shy and anti-social intakes, where our medication volunteer administers a dose of squeeze treat and conversation. It has been working ~*wonders*~ We might still get a hiss or growl of warning, but they sure enough creep in to lick that treat straight off our fingers, and then stick close enough to let us pet them!

Problem is we're out of squeeze treats! We can easily go through a minimum of 5 a day, sometimes more (there are a lot of begging faces). If you can, please visit our Amazon wishlist and treat our babies 🥰

Kitten season is upon us at Pooler Paws. We have many requests for mama cats to be placed. If you can foster for us, we will place the family in homes once they are ready. We would like to get these mama cats off the streets into a safe environment to have their litter. Let us know if you can help foster.

Want to join our lovely crew of volunteers?? We are in need of a feeder for Sunday evenings. Hours are flexible. Basically anytime after 5 will work. We just need an hour or two of your time each week and in return you get to snuggle and love on all of the kitties 😻 Our volunteers play a HUGE role in the health and wellness of the cats. It takes a village after all. As a feeder you will do just that. You will top off dry food and water bowls and give fresh cans of wet food. Stick around as long as you would like to play and socialize with the cats. It's so simple yet so rewarding! 😁❤️

Triply’s Recovery Update!

Triply is thriving in his new life and recovering so well from her surgery—we couldn’t be happier! At first, he was a little nervous about her new home and spent some time keeping to himself. But now, he’s settling in beautifully—playing with his box and toys, seeking out ear scratches, and wanting to be held as often as possible. He doesn’t seem to notice he’s missing a leg at all!
