Hello my fabulous
Hope you’re all keeping well.
Weighing session. I didn’t want to stay still and kept coming off the scales today so I got a cashew to keep me busy for a few seconds. It worked a treat😋I think I’ll try that next week again😉
Taking and keeping a record of our weight regularly can save our life as it can point to either obesity if we are overweight or other health problems if we are underweight and it’s an important part of our care.
Because we are prey animals we often hide symptoms of being poorly until it’s too late for a treatment.
An average Congo African Grey should weigh on average between 380 - 554 grams and Timneh African Grey on average between 300 - 360 grams.
Mum always carefully monitors my weight. I normally weigh +/- 480 grams so mum knows I’m a healthy girl.
How much do you weigh my friends? Please share with me it might help others.
