We put up a fence in the back so we have extra space in the "suite". Still working on the aesthetics of it all painting deck and décor but Tilly girl has enjoyed!!! We will have 2 large 4'x6' kennels out here like in the normal room and 1-2 of the smaller 4x4 kennels as well.

Starting 1/6 Brooke will be available for dog walks at client's home/neighborhood. Some of you have asked! I will have some availability during the day time hours 8-4. Will be scheduling via text, please text name, dog's name, days interested, and if you prefer before 12pm or after 12pm. We can not wait to meet your fur baby!!!

🐾We are a small business, home boarding room located in Middleburg. We have been in business for 2 years now! We have 7 spacious 4'x6' kennels in a climate controlled living room setting equipped with a cozy fireplace, a couch for relaxing and a TV for comfort noise. We have 2 additional 4x4 kennels in the middle when needed for overflow during our busy seasons and holidays. They are stored away when not needed🐾 We truly want this to feel like a staycation for your pup! 🐾The boarding room leads directly to a large, fenced in Turf yard. Pups are always supervised outside & go outside solo or with friends depending on everyone's temperment. We go out every 2-3 hours, 6am-10pm and usually lights out for the night at 10pm. Dogs also spend time outside of their kennel in the living room free to relax, of course depending on temperment and behaviors 🐾

🐾 Rates are $50 per night for one dog, $20 per night per sibling sharing same kennel, $30 per night per sibling if NOT sharing same kennel (this is new for all reservations after October 1st 2024). ***slight price increase, but no more holiday rate🐾

🐾The invoice sent day prior to boarding is an agreement that is agreed to upon drop off. If you, after drop off, change days or come home early, this does not change the invoice amount. We have held a kennel for your pup and turned away other clients. *only exception is hurricane/natural disaster*

🐾No extra fee for Oral medications. Eye drops and ear drops will be $5 per day (not per dose). This is effective now.

🐾 We protect your pups with all our love and attention during the stay, please in return, protect our farm animals who are our babies. Please bring pups on a leash from car to gate, we know you trust them, our ducks and chickens will not run.

🐾potty pads must NOT be the PRIMARY potty resource if older than 3 mos.

🐾All clients are required to have current vet records, including Bordetella. 🐾 All new clients are required to come for a meet & greet to make sure we are comfortable on both sides (including us).

🐾 in order to serve our current clients, new clients (never booked before) will not be able to book more than 30 days ahead for a major holiday or spring break. *Only applies to Holidays and Spring Break. If kennels are not filled by 30 days out, kennels will be made available for new clients.

🐾All drop offs and pick ups Monday-Friday are by appointment!! ALL Saturday and Sunday pick ups will be 9am or occur between 4-6pm only. We were not being given a time for pick ups, and for the longevity of our business and family time, we had to make this change. Thank you for understanding. No drop offs or pick ups will occur on major holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving or Christmas. Christmas Eve all drop or pick ups must take place prior to 2pm. Please communicate with us on this, we do operate as a family at home and have schedules to keep ourselves, we want to make sure that we can be available at your requested time, so the more notice the better. If pick up time not established prior to day of pick up, we will schedule our personal family schedule and you will have to work around our schedule. 🐾🤍🐾 Reminder- all pick ups Saturday & Sunday are 9am or between 4-6pm only.
