This little cutie is ready to go!

This guy was surrendered when his family had to move and couldn’t take him. He’s 2-3 years old, VERY docile and good with kids. Located in Grottoes VA Has done well with being handled and super sweet.

Brown is 2 years old ( not the best with kids)
Black one is 8 months old.

Willl NEED patient families. Their first home was not the best and they will need a family who will work with them. They warm up after a day or so. I am wanting to be able to have people meet a couple times before they get picked up.

EDIT: they came from the same home. Would LOVE for them to go together to a new home since they are bonded but understand if they can’t.

Please if you have a friend in the farming industry or know yourself how bad this will be for farmers, PLEASE COMMENT AGAINST IT!!!

"I DO NOT Support this! As farmers we know our animals. many over the counter medicines are lifesavers for farmers who either live too far away from a vet or are common illnesses that can help. Why make farmers pay thousands more for animals to the vet when you could pay the hundreds on the medicine you KNOW will help. This is going to be the death of too many animals if they have to wait for some vet to do vet calls for HOURS or to wait for DAYS. Vets are going to be over crowded for minimal things. there are already too little large animal vets.

I have had so many times I vet was WRONG and ended with the death of more than one of my farm animals. when the same symptoms came up I worked with the medications I had and they survived."

1/5 needs a bit of work and is shy but would make a great pet and
1 well he would make best as a barn cat.

With a wonderful donation from someone who wants the barn kitten( MALE KITTEN #4) to find a good home the adoption fee is waived.

These are the first major group of kittens who will be looking for great homes AFTER being spayed and neutered. There will be a small rehoming fee to cover the cost to deliver them from their current location to the Rescue and cost to take them to get spayed and Neutered.

They are coming from a small farm in West Virginia that over the course of a year have safely caught 10 cats and neutered them at their own expense. This momma was the last of the group of feral cats and of course had 5 kittens in the middle of Augusta.
3/5 kittens are very sweet and could even go to pet quality homes while the other 2 would be best as barn mouse catchers unless someone has the time to tame them. All are litter box trained.Her guess is 2 males and 3 females.
I will be caring for them during their stay on my farm after they are fixed and would like to start setting up homes for them.
Will be in Grottoes VA starting October 28 2019

Popcorn and Peanut are looking for new homes. They are not bottle fed babies but are very sweet. Are up to date on shots as of 06/14/2019
Would be great for any regular goat person or newbie.

I’m their Goat Hoof Trimmer and have had no problems trimming alone.
Popcorn’s hooves do grow slower and is calmer of the two.
Peanut I help maintain his hooves regularly.
Both are on a good trim schedule and would love to continue helping these boys.
