Cosmic Royal Dragons Sales Policy

1.) All sales are based on first come, first served. All sales are final!
2.) To the best of our knowledge, all bearded dragons being sold are healthy. Buyer is responsible for checking the health of the bearded dragon at pickup. If your bearded dragon becomes ill or dies within 24 hours of purchase, we will either replace the bearded dragom or refund your money. However we will not offer a refund or replacement if the bearded dragon becomes ill or dies due to stress, improper care, neglect, improper feeding, and/or improper handling. We will NOT be responsible for any vet cost.
3.) Bearded Dragons will NOT be adopted until at least 6-8weeks. The bearded dragon must be eating, drinking and in good health. It is my choice if I believe the bearded dragon needs to stay in my care longer, no exceptions even if you have experience!!
4.) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for me to hold the bearded dragon. If you have not paid within 48 hours of discussion, the bearded dragon will then be posted as available again. If you do not let me know about when you can pick up the bearded dragon with 48 hours after he/she is ready, it will then be posted as available again. Absolutely NO exceptions!
5.) The remaining balance must be paid at the time of pickup, I will only wait 10 mins past pick up time.
6.) Pricing depends on age and genetics.
7.) Telling the s*x of the bearded dragon that young is very difficult, I will do my best to tell you what the s*x is but that’s not 100% accurate.
8.) If you cannot care for the bearded dragon anymore, we will gladly welcome them back, with no refund.
9.) We want all of our bearded dragons to go to the perfect loving home, and if we feel that will not be the case, I will not sell you the bearded dragon. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale for any reason, and any deposits made will be refunded.
