Mr Gravy, now Butterball, has returned to us due to no fault of his own! He hopes his perfect 🏡 is out there soon! We are thankful for the excellent care and love he was given, and have been told he was a very good boy. ❤️

Miss sassy has the zoomies this morning! Her puppies are on a full potty training schedule now and doing so well! They made it the last 24 hours with zero p**p accidents inside. It also helps to get them used to the cold now so they aren’t hesitant to go out when they get home. These guys are nearing 10lbs, eating kibble, weaned off mom (although they will try to sneak a drink if she stays still long enough) and 100 percent cute. Their tails just never stop wagging!

So much cute! These babies are CHONKY and content. Mama Sassy is so attentive but she makes time to play ball and do her usual under the baby’s high chair food cleanup. I cannot wait to see what these faces look like in a couple weeks ❤️

Sassy had five beautiful, strong babies last night and she is beyond proud of herself and them! Individual pictures to come but for now we are giving this first time momma some space to relax and bond with her puppies. She is doing a fantastic job and they have already gained a few ounces!

Puppy of the day is the puppy kissing machine, Miss Phoebe. Phoebe absolutely loves life. She loves every leaf, every person, and every dog she comes across. She tilts her head when you talk to her and always wants to see what everyone is up to, and often climbs out of the pen to go find out. She’s very much the brains of this operation and easily masters everything she tries, including escaping, but she knows how to bring a smile to your face with her antics. Phoebe will be going to beautiful upstate New York and can’t wait for her new adventures!

Puppies of the day. Another duo going home together, and joining one of our past puppies! Galaxy is the life of the party. He plays hard and then crashes hard. He has a mischievous side and I swear he winks at us sometimes. If he were in school, he would probably be class clown, but he also loves to follow me around and then just flop down next to me. Nova would be the quiet bookworm kid. She rarely looks for trouble and just goes with the flow. She’s gentle and kind, and she will sit and look at you with those big eyes and just melt you. Her ears are velvety soft. She has her dad’s trademark white chin patch, which is how we chose him as a puppy! It’s been a rainy day and the puppies are a muddy mess, but they are loving the cooler weather for playing outside. Bath day tomorrow! (Again)

Puppy of the day will have to wait until tomorrow. I woke up this morning to a phone that wouldn’t turn on and just got my new one. If you tried to call or text today, I didn’t get any of the messages, so please reach out again! In the meantime, heres a picture from the other day of the puppies all sitting nicely with the baby. They loved him!

Back to our regularly scheduled programming! Puppies of the day are Galileo and Venus! Another duo going home together, and joining two of their siblings from Paisleys last litter. Sometimes you just need one in every color.
If Galileo was a human, he would be the popular jock of high school. He’s friendly and social, and every puppy is fair game for a wrestling match. He’s pretty easy going when it comes to daily life, he’s in no hurry to come back in and doesn’t complain about much. He’s a water dog like his dad and can often be found in the water bowl, but hey, he’s usually the cleanest in the bunch! Venus on the other hand is the high school Karen with the megaphone telling people to sign a petition to allow Red Bulls in the vending machine. She is a leader that can rally the troops and wants to be first out and first in and if you’re not on time, she knows it. That being said, she’s a huge love and squishable to the max. She’s also the largest in the litter by a full pound! She has no time for photo ops, and photos do not do her gorgeous chocolate coat justice, but I promise you she’s absolutely stunning in person!

I apologize for the break in puppy updates, I was have been getting the kids ready to go back to school this week AND today I made the very long trip to bring Sassy home! We are so thankful that her breeder entrusted us with this gorgeous girl, and she is bred to an imported stud for October babies!

Sorry for missing yesterday, it was a crazy day! Puppy of the day today is Luna. She is one of the hardest to get a photo of, because she just wants to be close and follow me around instead of pose! Luna is an all around good girl. Confident and curious, she has no problem leading the way into new places and finding a cool spot to relax in the shade. She likes to do happy hops and spins when she runs around and I’m pretty sure I’ve caught her rolling her eyes at her brothers antics. She and her siblings are now enjoying the cooler parts of the day outside where they have room to run!

Pups of the day are Zodiac and Aries. They are one of three duos of puppies going home together! Zodiac was the very first puppy born and thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat his way through the rest of his moms labor. Zodiac is an independent, analytical puppy who will stop to sit and observe what’s going on before deciding if he wants to join in. He tends to stay out of drama and is happy to sit at your feet and follow you rather than wander off.
Aries is a sweet girl who loves exploring, but comes right back to check in before leaving for her next mission. She likes to wrestle with her brothers and though she does not have their weight to throw around, she’s quick and feisty and can certainly hold her own. She comes running when you call her and loves being picked up and held. These two are going to be so spoiled and loved in their new home!

Spotlight of the day goes to the dad of our crew, the one and only Moose! There aren’t enough words for how much we love this guy. We chose him at 4 days old from a litter sired by our English golden Caesar and he has been part of our family and adventures ever since. Raised alongside his dad, he developed his dads goofy sense of humor, love of water, and the on/off switch that makes him a fantastic buddy. He’s down for a good nap or a 5 mile run, as long as he’s with you. Moose goes on almost every car ride, breweries, beach vacations, and dock diving. He’s intensely loyal to his family and will gladly babysit the kids, by physically sitting on them. He likes to go to work with his human dad and knows there will always be chicken nuggets for him at a drive through. He greets people with an actual smile which is both creepy and adorable. Moose probably thinks he has never worked a day in his life, but he also will be retiring with his best friend Paisley, because their daughter Aurora (now renamed Raven) will be staying here with her mom and dad to learn and carry on all of their beautiful qualities ❤️

Puppy of the day is Mister Orion. Orion is one of the biggest of the litter and it’s easy to tell why when you see him. He loves two things in life, food and naps. He’s a fluffy, gentle marshmallow of a dude who loves being cradled like a baby.

For our five and six week posts we are going to do featured puppy of the day! Today we have Miss Soleil. She does not yet have a family, but she has certainly enjoyed all the visitors! Her name is absolutely fitting, she is all sunshine, snuggles and tail wags. When she’s done playing, she just makes her way over to sprawl out at your side. She’s going to make someone a great best friend. I can’t say enough good things about her, and all of her siblings. At five weeks old, they are having zero p**p accidents in their pen, patiently waiting to go outside and sitting nicely to come back in. This bakers dozen have been easier and cleaner than some of my litters of 4!

Three weeks old and officially started on food. I’m sure Paisley is relieved to have to work a little less. She has done a phenomenal job of maintaining all 13 puppies. Clearly they are fans! Side note: the puppies do not get weaned at a fixed age or pulled from their mom for the time they are here. It’s important that they start to learn boundaries, and momma dogs do a great job of letting their puppies know when they’ve had enough. Nursing longer just allows more valuable antibodies to continue to pass to the puppies and protect them.

Hi again. So a lot of people have been saying they don’t see posts from me anymore. I try to post, but with the increasing popularity of my page came the increasing amount of both scammers trying to log into my personal accounts on and off Facebook and people reporting my posts because they don’t support breeders. It’s frustrating. Guys, I’m all for rescue and I’m all for well raised puppies. We used to foster dogs and cats all the time and still have a few foster fails ourselves. I’m happy to help answer questions and offer advice whichever avenue you choose. You can always reach out to me. But since I cannot actually write anything, I’ll just be here sharing cute pictures of dogs :)

It’s been a while! We have been busy preparing for a human baby but our doggos are keeping busy in their own ways! I plan to update on all of our puppy plans soon, I promise! But in the meantime, here is our Mya (Caesar/Summer) being her amazing self. We knew this happy, smart, spitfire of girl was going to be something special. Mya is just 8 months old and already bringing joy and comfort to so many people at her day job at a local nursing home. We can’t thank Gwen, her family, and Country Meadows enough for giving her these opportunities and all the love she deserves!

Happy Father’s Day to all of you dog and human dads out there and to our studs who have brought some amazing pups into this world. Caesar spent his Father’s Day enjoying pool time with two of his very own, Moose and Mya, who clearly share his love of water!
Finally some weather the minis can agree with. They have to stay penned up because their little legs are fast! Moose is providing entertainment as usual.
Special needs puppy! This is Tiger. He belongs to good from of mine and Leo is his daddy. Tiger was born with amniotic band syndrome, a rare non-genetic condition that occurs once in every 15000 live births. This caused him to be born without the lower half of his left hind leg. Tiger has already been evaluated by a vet and he has some options, and will love a healthy, normal life. First he needs to find his perfect forever family to love him and his uniqueness. Tiger hasn't let his missing foot stop him, he's a big healthy chunk and you can see him walking in this video. I'll post a few more pictures in the comments. If you know of someone who may be interested, please let me know!
I had to convince Paisley that it was time to to take some mommy time and get up and moving today. It's so nice to watch her be her happy self!

I was in a meeting yesterday and I look outside and Lucy is swinging from the pear tree. This is improvement from remote eating. She just loves to be busy.
