2nd year: Showmanship award - Grand Champion with her Siamese Sable Buck and Reserve Grand Champion with her Black Otter Doe
3rd year: Showmanship award - Grand Champion with her Black Self Buck (Ace)
This year: Showmanship award and Reserve Grand Champion with her Black Self Buck (Too Hot)
**Lexi is proud that Grand Champion went to a Polish Buck that we had started another family out with their first 4H rabbits.

Lexi is selling out of her polish to focus on her Netherlands. We are at Polish Nationals to sell the last eight of her polish. Lexi’s 4 year old black buck took 12 out of 33. He’s an oldie but a goodie! Great job Lexi!

When you start to raise and show Netherland Dwarf's it's not long before you hear Geoff's name. He is an amazing man that gives so much to everyone. A lot of time has been spent at his table with him comparing rabbits with Lexi. Lexi actually talks and laughs with Geoff and if you know Lexi, that is something. Devastation came early Sunday morning when his barn caught on fire loosing all of his rabbits (and other pets) his equipment and his vehicle. Tears came to Lexi's eyes as I was telling her what happened after school today. She was very thankful that she purchased a chocolate buck from him this weekend but was hurt thinking of the chin buck that we just texted him about going this week to his barn to pick up. This is very hard for anyone to comprehend but especially for a 12 year old that spent all weekend next to him at the Tomah show. Our thoughts and prayers are with Geoff and all of his loss. Please consider helping with rebuilding his barn.

Blackhawk Netherland specialty show in Elkhorn, WI went well for Lexi. We where about to see some people that we haven’t seen for a while and…. Lexi’s Himalayan doe won BOS in the first show and in the second show won BOB and her Himalayan doe won BOS. She had so much fun showing under Ellis.

I absolutely LOVE when we sell a bunny and it does well!! This little man wanted to start his own breed (His brother and sister have their own rabbits to show)... he picked out our Polish rabbit Dakota. He took Dakota to a show in Champagne, IL the very next week and won BOB!! He is such a cutie, so happy for him.

Finished up our Parke Victiory 4H year amazingly! Thank you to Mr. Gudmunson with Caldwell Banker here in sycamore for bidding on Lexi’s Siamese Sable Grand Champion. Lexi also took Grand Champion Reserve and then won the Showmanship competition. So proud of this girl for stepping out of her comfort zone.
