Hop-To-It Rabbitry

After raising rabbits since 2021, I have decided to close Hop-To-It Rabbitry's doors. I have absolutely loved raising rabbits the past couple years and it has made me into the person I am now.
I just have different hobbies/interests now which is why they are all needing to find a new home.

I am very grateful for all the friends I have made in this hobby and all the memories along the way! Thank you to all who have helped me in this hobby!

With that being said, everything is available. Rabbits, hutches (with new automatic watering and feeding system), carriers, show supplies, and everything else. I am really wanting to sell everything together as a starter set for someone who is wanting to get into this hobby, but I am also willing to sell everything separate. Please PM me for pics and info.

My hutches just had a new automatic watering and feeding system put on about a month ago. I have one row of 4 cages and a stacker with 6 (3 on top and 3 on bottom) but the system has them all connected so they can't go separate. The food system is just like an automatic cat or dog feeder so it is on a timer and so it drops the desired amount of food at the time you set. This has been super nice to use!

Yesterday morning my rabbitry took a hard hit. My dear sweet and lovable Phantom (Burg's Phantom Of The Barn) went to heaven. It has been really hard on us to loose such a special bunny who has grown my line in so many ways!! We will dearly miss his cute lovable personality, sweet bunny kisses, and his hour long cuddles. RIP Phantom, you will forever be missed!💔😭

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have posted. The last couple months have been crazy! To get you guys caught up on things here is what has happened:
Convention -
Yes we went to the 100th ARBA Convention and Show in Louisville, KY! We had so much fun there. We picked up my new doe there (Kentucky 😂) and even met my grandparents and cousin there. My cousin bought her first bunny from Burg’s Best Bunnies and is doing great! She has gone to a couple shows and has won a couple shows with him. She is so happy and is loving the rabbit world.

Babies -
We have not had any new babies in the past little bit but we are breeding a couple does for some 4H babies. We are so excited to be doing 4H again this year hoping to take Grand Champion again.

Rabbits -
All the bunnies are doing great! We currently have 13 bunnies but I am selling all but 6! Bucks staying are Burg's Phantom Of The Barn, and HTIR Dexter. We love both of these bucks to death and we are so excited to keep using them to improve my herds quality. Does staying are HTIR Dixie, Clevenger's Kentucky, HTIR Ava, and HTIR April. All of these does compliment my bucks in some way and are all super sweet does.

Automatic feeders and automatic water system -
In the past couple months we have put in automatic feeders and also an automatic gravity-fed water system. It is so nice to have this installed and have everything do it on it's own. With that now done, we still go out and clean, play with bunnies, etc every morning.

We are hoping to post a lot more on this page now. We are going to keep you all updated on what is happening in the barn!

4H week has been so busy! Here are the results from the show! My little sister Charlotte showed my bunny Daisy as well. I’m so happy with what we accomplished at this show and I also have a big announcement! We are going to the 100th ARBA Convention and Show in Louisville KY this year too!!

Hello everyone! Sorry I have been gone for so long and I was not letting you guys know how things are going. I was finishing my last week of school, and then I went on a campout, then went on a two week vacation. So I am going to update everyone on everything that has happened. First we have a couple litters. They are:
Dixie & Dexter - I have two right now. One a black tort and the other a black otter.
Ava & Dexter - I still have all three looking for homes. I have a chocolate otter buck, solid black doe, and a black otter buck.
April & Dexter - I only have one baby from her. She had a very hard time having babies and the other two where dead at birth. She does have a black tort doe.

We have 4H coming up in a couple weeks and I am taking Florence (homegrown bunny), Dexter, and Dixie. I am going to get pictures of Florence tomorrow to show you how nice she has turned out. My little sister is also doing bunnies this year as well and she is taking Phantom, Ava (homegrown bunny), and April (homegrown bunny). We can't wait to show this year!

I will be giving you guys updates on if I'm going to the 2023 ARBA Convention and Show in Louisville KY.

I haven't posted for a while so I am going to catch you guys up on everything that is going on. Maggie and Phantom had babies and they are ADORABLE!! Ava and Dexter also had babies and they are getting so big too. She is feeding them a ton so they are so fat. Also I am downsizing my herd to 6-9 bunnies for the summer so I am going to have lots of proven does available. I am making some hard cuts for my bunnies. I have been wanting to do it for a while but am finally doing it. The hardest bunny to see go is Speckles. She has been with me from the start of my rabbity and was the first bunny I got to start my rabbity. She is just needing a retirement home. She has had some of the cutest babies, and she’s ready to enjoy life without being a mama. I am keeping my best quality bunnies for this summer. The bunnies that are staying are Dixie, April, Dexter, Flounce, Phantom, and Ava. The bunnies that are moving are Glory, Mable (S O L D), Diamond, Thor, Maggie, Daisy, and Speckles. If you are 👀 for a bunny then PM me, and I can give you more details. I am taking pics of all the bunnies moving soon and will post them later. Also I am working on making money to attend the 100th ARBA Convention and Show in Louisville Kentucky. I have to pay for the trip so I am working hard for that. Every bunny that I s e l l will go to my trip. Ava had 4 babies and there are 2 Chocolate Otters, 1 Black Otter, and 1 Solid Black. Can't wait to see those babies grow up!!
