I am currently partnering with a breeder who is retiring their breeding program after 20+ years and in the next several weeks will be acquiring 4 Female & 5 Male Vizsla pups (ages 1-3) who come from great bloodlines w/a lineage of prized hunters and all are AKC Registrable. Here are some pictures ...

The pups got their first baths today so they smell great, feel silky soft and are beautimous when they go to their forever homes this weekend …

Some enjoyed their warm soapy massage baths like they were in the movie Flashdance … Some acted like they were being waterboarded.

Local NC families ... I am going on Wednesday to attempt to adopt these 3 babies that are in the Salisbury NC Shelter slated to be euthanized on 3/1 ...

I plan to be there when the shelter opens and completed an online adoption wait list form in the hopes that I will be first to have a chance at rescuing and adopting these little sweeties ... The shelter doesn't even know what breed they are. They are NOT C***s or Red Bones ... They are Vizslas - their red noses are the biggest telling feature.

I'm stunned that someone had THREE of these and either set them loose or allowed them to get away without any collars, microchips, nothing. These dogs are usually treated like royalty and never the ones you see in shelters, abused or neglected. There's a special place in h e l l for those that abuse or neglect animals (or anyone) ...

If I get them I will rehab them, fatten them up, make sure they are completely healthy and then seek to find them good homes. There are two females and one male. They will likely be the sweetest things given the neglect they have endured ... I have no idea how old they are but they seem to be fairly young given the lack of sugar face.

Please let me know if anyone local would want one or if you are willing to travel to me to pick one up. These are perfect dogs for those who do not want to survive the puppy first year / year and a half and want to go straight to perfect dog status fresh out of the gate.

I cannot tell people enough how absolutely AMAZING this breed is. The most loving dogs you will ever have the privilege of knowing ... and loving ... and being over loved in return. 🫶🏼 🙏🏻

As we reach Week 4, the pups continue to grow … Week 2-3 brought their TEEEEEEEFFF … VizslaRhaptorSaurus time!

They are also now big enough to climb the wall over to the potty area and have started to go in the sawdust shavings.

We have also started weaning …
