Captain update!!! His foster reported that heâs now jumping, climbing, and playing! Heâs up to a pound and a half, so we will be doing a second attempt at his leg amputation in the next few weeks. He checks in with his vet team regularly to ensure his health as he fattens up grows towards a safer surgery weight. He still prefers to play and not sleep! đ§Ąđ
All 3 kittens from our post yesterday, (the 3 that were scattered randomly around a yard and then left for 7 hours), are doing great! Our foster worked through the night to slowly get them warmed up, hydrated, and eventually fed with colostrum and formula. As of tonight, they are active, alert, and are no longer showing any signs of fading. These 3 were extremely lucky. Thank you for the outpouring of support and prayers for these 3 little ones!
We told Tank that all the baked goods were already made for todays event but he insisted on helping out by making some biscuits! đ± đ
Tank is available for adoption! Come meet him today from 1-7pm at our event!
Apple Pie +6
Mama âApple Pieâ joined us tonight along with her 6 gorgeous little ones approximately 3-4 weeks old. Apple Pie is extremely sweet, appears to be about a few yrs old, so this litter is very likely not her first rodeo, but it WILL be her last! She is an excellent mom. Welcome to your new beginning!
Today we welcomed this litter of 5 newborns from our friends at ACCT Philly. Theyâre about 4-5 days old. They ate like champs upon intake, theyâre active, pretty dehydrated, but we can help with that. Thank you to our friends at ACCT for entrusting us with their care. This litter stood no survival chance on the streets of Philly without their mom, but are now being cared for and loved on by a wonderful foster family.
If youâd like to help support this litter, the supplies they currently are in need of are Breeders Edge Kitten Formula, miracle nipple miniâs, PetAg 2 oz nurser bottles. Any supply donations can be sent directly to 5260 overlook rd, Coplay pa 18037. Monetary donations are also appreciated as each baby will cost about $300 to hand raise and donations received on this post will be used towards their care.

Intake 1/17/24
Kittens continue to be born even through the winter months. Sadly kitten season is never ending. These 4 newborns are just at the cusp of a week old. They were found unattended and screaming loudly in the below freezing temperatures last night. Mom was given adequate chance to return, however due to their fading condition and body temperature dropping, the decision was made to pull them to safety. The finder cared for them overnight and drove them to safety this morning. Efforts are still ongoing to locate mom.
They are currently enjoying tropical like temperatures inside their incubator and doing well.
Welcome little ones!
**TNR would have prevented their suffering in the elements.**
So many other newborns are born in these temperatures, suffer greatly, perish, and nobody knew they existed. These 4 were very lucky to have been found, their screams of distress were heard.
