Lots of new faces around here lately so I just wanted to take a moment to remind everybody of our no show and cancellation policies. You can find them all in the photo album called policies and prices. I have been lenient with them but as my schedule packs up I will be enforcing them this summer. I will wait around about 15 minutes before calling you a no show. I do not send reminders (I am however working on setting up a system that will have text reminders) and if I have to wait 15 minutes and then call you it will put me too far behind schedule for the day. I am easy to work with and understanding so if you get in contact with me before your appointment and let me know you’re either not going to make it or are running late, I can make adjustments to my schedule. Thank you!

Thank you everyone for your patience lately. May has been a challenging month for sure. My schedule has been up in the air because school getting out and kids schedule changes. Right now I am looking at grooming on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-4. We are also in the middle of transitioning software systems, we are working on switching from Time to Pet to Square. TTP has been great but I feel that square will have more beneficial features as well as be a friendlier system for customers to use. This will take some time and work to get all of my information transferred as well as get all of the clients onboarded. I have also had a big influx of new clients that are coming from a groomer that is relocating, so I am working as diligently as possible to get you all on the schedule and I am grateful for your patience while I juggle working ON the business and working IN the business. And for anyone who is getting ready to ask, I do groom small dogs, I do groom large dogs, no I don’t groom cats. Shoot me a message if you’re wanting to get in and I will get you on the list. Thank you all for your support! ✌️❤️🐾
