Does anyone in the Abbotsford area recognize this handsome fella? He was found this afternoon Pine St. and North 4th Avenue. Right across from Abbotsford Schools athletic fields.

He is not microchipped, appears to be a male, not neutered. He is NOT at the shelter. He is at the finders home being kept warm and fed 😊 they just hope to find his family as he looks well taken care of and is quite friendly! If you do recognize him. Please reach out to the page and I will put you in touch with the finder. Proof will be required before you can pick him up!

With the snow and bitter cold it’s important to keep your dogs and cats safe inside where it’s warm.

Keep your dogs on a leash for potty breaks and be outside or close by with them. Dogs’ paws can freeze up in mere minutes and they can get stuck and not be able to run back inside.

The blowing snow can disorient them and the cold can cause hypothermia in a short time. Keep your babies safe and warm.

If anyone sees this girl, PLEASE contact this page ASAP! DO NOT CALL OR CHASE HER! She will NOT come to you and you will just chase her out of our area. She was last sighted heading south on Highway 13 from 102 this evening. Again, do NOT call or chase or even try to get her attention. Just post sightings here and/or contact the page asap! We are trying to get her to settle in the area so she can be caught. Yes, her flyer is correct for the county she is missing from.

UPDATE: OWNER FOUND. His name was Midnight and he had a very loving family searching for him 💞
R.I.P. Midnight

The "sad" part of Rescue and being a Lost Dogs of Wisconsin Caseworker is what I had to do today 😔 got a call about a deceased dog on the hwy. No chip. Can't find an owner. Wrapped the poor baby up in a blanket and thanks to Taylor County Humane Society this baby will be properly cremated Friday evening if we still can't find his owner.

Deceased male lab/mix found near Countyline and Hwy 13 between Dorchester and Stetsonville WI. No chip. He is brown/black with white spots. Approx 45-50lbs. I have pictures and his body is being held until Friday evening to try to find owners and will then be cremated. Please contact Kelly Gunderson at 715-716-1479 to see pictures or claim.
