PENDING VISIT
Miss Grace has recovered from her spay and she is doing well. We are looking for a wonderful pet home for her. We would love to see her go to a home who is moderately active and loves to walk and do the things labs love to do. She is 4 years old.
She is crate trained, leash trained, and has basic obedience training.
She is a sweet and fun girl.
She is up to date on everything and only asking for spay fee to be recovered.
We will be picky on placement and have lots of questions for potential homes.

Answers to FAQ for our current litter:

When were they born?: November 21, 2022
When will they be ready to go home? Anytime after their vet check on January 9.
Where are you located? Southwest Missouri. Our address is El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
Are the puppies English or American? Puppies are English and will have the larger frames/boxy heads, laid back temperaments.
How much do the parents weigh? Sire is around 80 pounds and Dam is around 65 pounds.
How long have you been breeding labs? Over 20 Years. We've owned dogs from this same line since 2000, our lines started with Ch Topform’s Edward MH.
What will my new puppy be eating? We feed Iams Large Breed Puppy food (Yellow Bag). We order from Chewy and have it delivered right to the house!
How do I know you're not a scam? Call us at 417-296-3324. We'd be happy to talk to you in person. We can provide references for you to contact. We can schedule a time to FaceTime with you to meet us and puppies!
What do you use your dogs for? Our family owns 2 Black Males and 2 Yellow Females. The males have been trained and duck hunt with my husband and son. Both are also "man's best friend!" Our Yellow females have been trained for obedience and our daughter shows them for Obedience, Showmanship and Agility in youth 4-H Dog shows.
What will my puppy go home with? Puppies receive a vet check and first round of shots at 7 weeks old. They will be tested for worms and if any are present, will be given dewormer. Dew claws were removed at 3 days old. Your puppy will go home with their Vet Check, AKC Registration Paperwork, Copies of both parents Pedigrees, OFA and Genetic Test Reports and a copy of our puppy contract which outlines our health guarantee.
Do you require a deposit to hold a puppy? Yes, we do require a nonrefundable deposit to hold a puppy for you.
Do you sell your puppies with AKC Limited or Full Registration? We sell our puppies with AKC Limited registration unless negotiated otherwise.
What do you suggest to assist in training my new puppy at home? We've trained our labs with assistance from books by Richard Wolters - Water Dog and Family Dog

Our Story

We are a small Labrador Retriever breeder and generally have only one litter per year. We got our start in Labradors many years ago shortly after beginning to hunt ducks. My dad decided we needed a dog to do the chasing rather than falling into the cold waters ourselves; little did we know that when we brought home that first little black ball of fur, that there would be many more to follow. Ed (CH Topform’s Edward MH AAQ) as we knew him, would become the foundation of our start into what we believe are the best dogs known to man. Whether chasing ducks or running around the house with his fuzzy monkey in the middle of the night, he was always ready to please.

For my college graduation gift, I requested a pup of my own. With that request, I received Boo (Hedgeapple Boomerang), or Boo-boo as we often called him. Boo and I spent many cold mornings waiting on the ducks to arrive and he was a faithful hunting partner until the end.

Just a couple years after receiving Boo and shortly after my wife and I were married, I arranged for a little yellow female to join the family. Sunny (Hedgeapple Sunrise) came home as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. I’ll never forget the look on her face when she first laid eyes on Sunny. Sunny was always there ready to be petted or follow our young kids around in the yard. She also was the mother to a number of lucky puppy owners and our next generation Tug (Hedgeapple Tug-Of-War).

Tug is the son of our Sunny and Pete (CH Bookner’s Must-Be-Pete), a show champion that my Dad owned. Tug has always been a faithful hunting companion to myself and my son, until recently when the age of his body just don’t let him do what his heart would love to – retrieve!
