Our story: our parents retired to Mexico 7 years ago from SoCal and brought their German Shepard and very soon adopted another dog once there. He was the ranch dog, an outdoor dog that soon became comfortable with his new people, old man Duke just pasted away at the age of 12, he was blind but my parents always made sure he had the best life. Over the years they have taken in 50+ pets that they’ve rescued from isolated fields, the streets and have been surrendered most are starving and sick but they have made sure to always have food, medical attention (which most of them need) are up to due on vaccinations and get them fixed. At any given time they have 15-20+ animals, they’re have multiple litters of puppies at a time because they are never able to turn down the opportunity to save an animal and all are given so much love by my parents, doing it mostly with their retirement money. My mother has taken part in restarting their little towns free neutering program that stopped after covid. Their passion to save lives is incredible. They prefer to have too many dogs than to give them to someone that’s not a good fit, their well-being is their #1 priority, as you can tell in this reel, they are very loved. My siblings and I help with the social media/word of mouth to help find these pups homes either in Mexico or here in SoCal. Please help us continue to find homes for these amazing loving dogs!
