In 2011 this girl contracted distemper at a shelter. She was allowed to fight the disease and WON!! She had to have her teeth removed a few months later and has been going like gangbusters since. She loves life as much as any dog ever has.

I say this to let everyone know that if she had been vaccinated she would not have had to go through this. The thousands of dollars spent on surgeries and meds for this one dog didn’t have to happen. The cost of vaccinations is a fraction of what was spent. PLEASE vaccinate your dogs. If you can’t afford it, go to a low cost clinic. If you still can’t afford you probably shouldn’t have a dog right now.

I am grateful for the money, time & effort in getting her well. I wouldn’t trade her for the world. There is a reason for vaccinations. Whoever thinks that vet clinics want to vaccinate your animals so they can have more of your money has never watched an animal fight a deadly disease.
