We’re a 501c3 rescue based in Georgetown TX! Our mission is to find forever homes for rescue animals! No animal should ever have to endure pain and suffering.

Foster2Forever Rescue aims to see that every animal brought into our care receives unconditional dedication, love, and kindness. Our mission is to save dogs and cats, primarily under the age of two, from living a life full of fear, pain, and abandonment. We place our foster care program animals in an alternative loving environment until they can find forever homes. Fostering is essential to our re

scue because we are limited to the number of animals we can save due to the number of foster homes available. Our goal is to better the animal community, bring animals and those that love them closer together, and, most importantly - Save Lives. For donations, we have the following options:

🚨Transporter Found!🚨

We are reaching out to kindly ask for your help in getting sweet Flynn to an important vaccination appointment in Round Rock. Flynn's foster parent, who lives in Pflugerville, does not have access to a car, making it difficult to transport him to the necessary vet visits. If anyone is available and willing to assist by providing transportation for Flynn, his foster mom, would greatly appreciate the help! The appointment dates are either January 23rd or 29th whichever works best for the person transporting! We have attached the transportation form below.

Meet Lily, a lovely 10-year-old cat with beautiful short hair. 🐈 She's in need of a loving home as her owner is nearing the end of their life, and there are no close relatives to care for her. 💔

We have a special appeal for a 14lb Miniature Pinscher, approximately one year old, who finds himself in a challenging situation. His loving owner, an elderly woman, was taken to the hospital by EMS last night. If she survives, she'll be placed in a nursing home where her furry companion cannot join.

Our devoted foster is based in College Station, and the appointment is in Houston. 🚗 So transport would be needed from Houston to College Station on January 10, 2024.

Meet Bruno, aka Chicken, a charming 6-year-old long-haired grey cat. He's an absolute sweetheart, especially in the company of his human parents. 🥰 Bruno thrives in a calm environment without young children, as loud noises tend to make him anxious. That’s the only reason for rehoming. His current home has 2 small children, and one on the way and poor Bruno hides all day every day. When he is alone with just his mom, that is the only time he comes out. This isn’t fair to him.

In the right setting, Bruno is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle. He's playful, displaying no signs of aggression whatsoever, and gets along wonderfully with other cats. Bruno is also friendly toward small dogs, making him a delightful addition to any pet-friendly home.

Update: BOTH mom and pup have found loving foster homes! They will be transported tomorrow at 3:00 PM! 💜

🆘 URGENT: Seeking a Foster Home for a Male Chocolate Lab Puppy and Mother (Can be housed separately!) 🆘

We are in immediate need of a foster home for a chocolate lab puppy and his mother. Sadly, they were mistreated by a heartless breeder who abandoned the mother after she had several litters of puppies.

We believe her puppy, now around 4-5 months old, had outgrown adoption size and was dumped with her for that reason.

They are currently exposed to the cold outdoors, and they are seeking refuge. Despite their circumstances, both dogs are very loving and friendly.

While introduced to the cat room without issues, it's challenging to fully test compatibility in a shelter setting. However, we do believe with slow introductions they will be okay.

They are arriving this Monday, so Foster2Forever urgently requires a caring home to ensure proper medical care and help them find their forever families.

Seeking a foster or forever home for sweet Lady!

Midnight faced euthanasia due to shelter space constraints, but we rescued her to save her life. Once we got to know her better, we quickly learned that she is quite the little “Lady”. Her foster changed her name from Midnight to Lady because she felt it showed her true personality and we couldn’t agree more! Her foster actually fell so in love with her that they decided to add her to their family. Unfortunately, her family can no longer provide the necessary support due to changes in their dynamics. Despite our sadness, we are committed to finding Lady a forever home that will cherish and love her as she deserves.

Lady brings the best of both worlds; she loves her current family, and although the transition may be challenging, we're confident she'll thrive in the right home. Currently residing with young children and another Husky, she enjoys both quiet moments on the couch and lively play in the backyard. She has typical Husky energy so supervision is needed during outdoor activities.

Lady exhibits typical young Husky traits and may attempt to escape if left alone. However, we're optimistic that with patience and consistent training, this behavior can improve. To ensure Lady's safety, we seek a foster or forever family willing to engage in walks, be active with her, and provide a secure, fully fenced yard for play.

Lady is skilled in crate training and responds to commands like "kennel up" along with other basics. Her intelligence and eagerness to please make teaching her new commands enjoyable. Lady's favorite pastime is cuddling on the couch, relishing pets, enjoying food and treats, and reveling in belly rubs. She's an ideal companion for an active person or family.

Despite facing challenges in her two years prior to rescue, Lady is resilient and ready to flourish with a committed family. We seek adopters who understand the lifetime commitment of bringing her into their lives.

We're on a mission to rescue these incredible souls from the euthanasia list. All of these dogs have been around other dogs and children and do great with both! Meet some of the sweetest pups in desperate need:

1. Gibson - Surrendered, a gentle 2-3-year-old cattle dog. Easily the most behaved and loving dog ever.

2. Shine - Stray, an 8-month-old lab mix with a wiggly butt.

3. Rocky - Stray, Calm 2-year-old shepherd mix, only 30lbs.

4. Gable - Stray, Rescued from a concrete roof, a 7-8 month old chocolate lab mix.

5. Jax - Stray. Excitable 1-year-old pointer mix, great with kids.

6. Gidget - Stray, Saved from a highway, a playful 6-month-old.

7. Bandana Girl - Stray, Sweet 1.5-year-old found at an elementary school.

8. Lolli - Thrown out of a vehicle, sadly the criminal was never found. She’s a happy-go-lucky 1.5-year-old shepherd mix.

9. Jimmy - Stray, 2-year-old cattle dog/shepherd mix with beautiful markings.

🎄✈️ This Christmas, we witnessed a true miracle unfold with the help of Pilots N Paws and some incredible volunteers! 🐾 With determination and love, Willow's journey from Bryan, TX to her forever home in Charlottesville, VA became a heartwarming tale of compassion.

Facing a canceled transport due to a pilot's plane issue, Amy May, a volunteer with a love for animals, became a beacon of hope. She volunteered to help plan this transport since we have only used Pilots N Paws a handful of times. Her relentless efforts led to the discovery of another volunteer, turning potential disappointment into a Christmas miracle.

Willow embarked on a road trip, driven by her foster mom, Victoria Gatlin, from Bryan, Texas, to Memphis, Tennessee. From there, Billy took flight, transporting Willow to Murfreesboro, where she stayed overnight with a wonderful foster family (big shoutout to Lauren and her family for their kindness and early morning dedication!).

The journey continued with Blair and his family flying Willow from Murfreesboro to Elizabethton, Tennessee. Surrounded by snuggles, Willow was now closer to her forever family. In the final leg of her adventure, Michael, an amazing volunteer pilot, soared her from Elizabethton, Tennessee, to her eagerly waiting family in Charlottesville, Virginia (thank you for trusting us Courtney Poling!).

This Christmas, the collective efforts of our Pilots N Paws heroes and volunteers created a tale of love, dedication, and a furry friend finding her forever home. 🏡💖🐾

Foster2Forever was contacted by an elderly couple who were having trouble finding loving homes for this oops litter of doodles. The couple unfortunately was not able to provide adequate housing, and they had been living outside in a covered barn area. We stepped in to save them, to bring them into loving foster homes. Our current foster network was at capacity, so we turned to our generous community who luckily combined forces and provided foster homes for these pups. However, now these 12 week old cuties need medical care and core vaccines. Can you help by donating?
