Yes we have our dogs, but Noah provided a distraction from a time in our family that faith was at minimum. When I say I am grateful- it’s a complete and utter understatement. This journey has put perspective in my eyes way more so than before. Perspective to focus on the real issues at hand with over population. People not being held accountable for their actions, even when evidence is so clear you could read through it. Though I’m one person, I have a village. A village that stands behind me in all endeavors. This is just the beginning- I have met directly with our state representative. I have spoken with local news. Writers. Reporters. Gathering a focus for a change in the way we handle enforcement when it comes to the lives of selfless, yet vulnerable animals. Heightened security on breeders- breeding. Beginning with “Noah’s law” I want to write and input for new regulations to consider the many surrounding legislative failures surrounding animal control. Actions that will make resources more available to local rescues that undoubtedly do more foot work than the agencies who receive state assistance and partnership of law enforcement. Rome was not built in a day, and though this had been tried over and over again- I am going to remain focused on an effort to make a change in this. Starting with the simple inspiration of Noah’s story. Much love all ❤️
Some of our ranch pals enjoying the thunder storm❤️
Hoping to get this boy home! Though we are uncertain of the circumstances... and evidence is fishy ... this boy is microchipped and we WILL find you 🙂❤️
Safe tonight and not under a bush at an intersection.....
Meet Emma Kay!
Emma Kay is a little bit of an older girl but is in spectacular shape.
Emma Kay was apart of a cat hoarding household where she fought daily with unaltered males and for survival. Emma came to us with an infected uterus (pyrometra)but has long recovered and is ready for a forever home! She was previously unsociable as well as confused on how to show affection, but that all changed when she found her meow and spent months socializing with our staff! She lives happily and often seeks attention- making for a very loving companion. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccines. FIV/FLV negative.
An ideal home for Emma Kay would be a quiet, one cat household. She is perfect for a retirement pet or senior companion. Emma is wonderful with kids, other cats, and dogs - though is easily bullied from the food bowl and hides. Please message us if you are interested at giving Emma Kay a second chance and forever home ❤️
Georgia’s results weren’t what we were hoping.
