A sneak peek inside this breeders thoughts…

Juneau’s retirement is coming up and I was sitting with her this morning telling her how lucky she is to be going to her new family with 2 little boys to love and help raise. Telling her about all the family outings she’ll have, the table scraps from two little ones and ALL the treats.

I thanked her for all the love, laughter and joy she has brought to my home. I reflected on how this one dog was going to be such a gift to two families.. half a second later it dawned on me that it was actually 10 families that would receive Juneau’s gifts. Juneau had two litters with me at Salty Dog Frenchies and had 8 puppies in all.

Juneau will have changed the lives of 10 families in such a beautiful and loving way. There are people who will never be able to do that. With her goofy unconditional love this girl is sewn into who I am as a dog lover, breeder and person. I will always be grateful to have walked the path with Juneau until her journey led her elsewhere.

There are not enough kisses in the world for all that these mama dogs do. I will continue to love, honor, cherish and respect them to the best of my abilities for all they do for us. ❤️🐾

can we just take a moment for these gorgeous GIRLS?!? yesterday you all met sully… but Sully’s sisters deserve their moment in the spotlight too 😍🩷 this litter will be ready to go home just before thanksgiving and these little ladies are looking for their furever homes 🏡🐾 When we have litters here at Salty Dog Frenchies, we don’t name the pups until they are spoken for and named by their families… we nick-name them usually something to do with their markings… these beauties have been temporarily called.. ✨Backwards C - for the backwards c shape on her chest ✨ Sully’s Sister - because she’s little Sully’s twin ✨Baloo - because she just reminded us of that goofy lovable bear in the jungle book …. we think these peanuts are deserving of way prettier names than that!
