We help rescue, rehab & adoption of abandoned, neglected & injured animals. I still call her Ally Baby. I believe she is GOLDEN SHEPARD. She was found on September 4, 2015. This is text from the original post

“My Brother and sister-in-law found this puppy on Friday at the end of an alley. This poor l

ittle girl had been beaten with some sort of stick or bat she is in really bad shape and needs some medical attention. She is a puppy but is on the big side and is really good around other dogs. They already have a house full of dogs and they cannot keep her and do not have the funds to get her to a vet. They were going to take her into the SPCA today but could not get themselves to do it. If a rescue or foster can take her that would be wonderful otherwise The outcome does not look good for her. She has a huge lump on her Head and hip and a broken tail. I am sure there are other things wrong with her but definitely needs to be looked at by a vet.”

After her rescue by her adoptive mom Stefani on September 8, 2015, the chain of events for this beautiful puppy did not go so well. After her rescue she was adopted by most amazing home any of us can imagine. The new mommy Stefani took Ally to Abby Pet Hospital on September 9 as her regular vet did not have any openings that day. According to vet, Ally was 10-12 weeks old at that time. Ally was examined and x-ray led to diagnosis that the bulge on Ally’s skull was an old injury that never healed right. It was also concluded that there are no neurological injuries from the broken skull injury. Ally was vaccinated and after receiving DAPP vaccine (Distemper Parvo) she got sick from Parvo the next day. They vet should have known better not to vaccinate a puppy with severely compromised immune system as Ally's was because she was skin and bones ! Or they knew exactly what they were doing and hoped once Ally got sick from Parvo she would receive expensive treatment at their facility. Ally was taken to another vet for treatment of Parvo. After being there several days and not eating, Stefani and vets debated doing only humane thing and putting Ally down as she was not eating and could not sustain without food. With all my holistic knowledge (18+ years on humans and some 5+ years on pets), I decided to intervene. (I always intervene when I feel I could help an animal). Stefani and I exchanged several texts and one text led to another and then I received most shocking text from Stefani telling me she would pay for Ally’s bill and she wanted to surrender her to me as she felt with all my knowledge I could help save her. I could not take Ally as I was on route out of state in less than a week, however I agreed to take Ally and care for her until Stefani returned from out of town, several days later. Stefani was also leaving town and had nobody that would know how to take care of Ally. And what a journey it was... After picking Ally from vet, knowing she has not eaten in about a week and getting discharge instructions from vet, I felt so hopeless. Stefani and I agreed not to give Ally vet prescribed antibiotics for another 10 days as I felt that would kill her. Stefani totally trusted my judgment and I had to rely on my guidance from above. I reached out to all my friends in healing arts, friends in rescue, friends for emotional support... friends who can remind me how strong I am and could make me stronger than I am...

I prayed to every entity in Angelic realm... to make me strong, to help me and guide me to save this precious fur baby. That first night with Ally, was so hard on me emotionally. She seemed as she was slipping away... and I did not want to lose her. I talked to Ally hoping she would understand. I said I was sorry for bad humans that hurt her... I said she is loved by her new mommy, that she has wonderful home and from here on she would be so loved and cared for. I told her I loved her and I risked so much by just having her there and exposing my doggies to this terrible disease... I asked her to fight and give us humans a chance to show her we are not all bad... but the saddest part was me telling her that I would also understand if she was suffering too much and wanted to cross the rainbow bridge and go back home...

Ally looked at me as if she understood every word that I uttered. Tears were rolling down my cheeks as I walked away from her to let her rest. My boyfriend initially said he wanted nothing to do with this... and I later found him laying on the garage floor, hoovering over Ally and giving her all the love he could for an hour. We took turns caring for her around the clock. I took naps on the couch and every time he would wake me up I would jump asking if Ally was still with us. Every 1-2 hrs I gave Ally all natural remedies, manuka honey, (natural antibiotic) bentonite clay to remove particles of dead parasites trapped in her intestines from being de-wormed with harsh chemicals which left particles of dead parasites floating in her intestines that were producing ammonia gas and were making her even sicker than she was from parvo... I also gave her probiotics to counter all the side effects of antibiotics that she was given at the vets office, colostrum for nutrition, pedia lite, coconut water, chicken broth... Ally kept drinking water on her own. Her condition was slowly improving, but she was still not eating but was receiving nutrition through high doses of colostrum. Now I believe that is what made her pull through. Four days later when Stefani returned I asked for little more time with Ally so I can stabilize her even more. The 5th and last day in my care, Ally showed improvement and I had really hard time opening her jaw to administer meds with medicine dropper. Her strength improved significantly despite the fact it has been about 10 days that she has not eaten real food and was surviving on colostrum. When Stefani came to pick up Ally from my home I was literary 10 hrs away from my flight out of state and not even packed ! I knew I would overwhelm Stefani with my instructions, as I organized all the meds, supplies and everything she would need to continue caring for Ally. While out of town, Stefani and I kept in touch and she continued the treatment plan for next 2 months. While I was out of town Ally started to eat on her own and felt better. She loved her siblings, 2 cats and a big dog. And she had two little wonderful boys who loved her as well. A month later I went to visit Ally and she was doing good. She was slowly gaining weight and loved her tummy rubs. It took a total of two months to get her totally stable where she totally recovered from Parvo. I kept in touch with Sefani and monitored Ally;s progress. I was told Ally’s skull was growing and developing normally and she was no longer a sick puppy. Ally is now 1 yr &1 month old and I visit her every few months. I also update this page of new visits with her photos and/or videos. The moral of this story is also very deep. This is what happens to puppies given for free. I urge all of you out there reading this to screen new potential family diligently and possibly do home check and require follow ups and of course to know where the puppy went: name, address and telephone of the new parents. It is this fur baby Ally that made me decide to take a challenging road and undertake obtaining Doctor of Animal Naturopathy Degree. Rescuing pets, healing them physically and emotionally, finding them loving homes and changing their lives from sad, sick and injured to happy, healthy and thriving, became my new quest. I know I am not alone on my journey and those of you who believe in this cause, I invite you to join me on this journey to save as many pets as we can by any means we can...

Rescue friends & pet communities,

I have been CA Licensed Private Investigator for past 30 yrs. (A. AllanSpecial Investigations ). I have 18+ yrs of Holistic education & experience on humans & 5+ yrs on pets. I am soon to be Doctor of Animal Naturopathy.

I stepped in animal rescue world in March of 2015 & have been a part of some amazing rescues, healing & transformation.

It all started with creation of my 1st Face Book page 007 Lively Pets in March 2015. I have worked with pet owners 1 on 1 & helped hundreds of pets get healthy & lead healthier, happier lives by guiding their owners in holistic approach to health & wellness.

Central Valley Pets And Pet Services , (transferred to me Oct. 2015). This is general informative page for pet owners.

Ally For Pets (created February 2016) was inspired by one of my most special rescues. This page was created with a goal to raise money that is needed on ongoing bases for the animal rescue in Central Valley.

Central Valley Rescue, Foster, and Adoption Network (transferred to me March 2016). This page is used strictly to assist rescue, foster & re homing.

Foster Fur Bottle Baby (created March 2016). This page assist in rescue & care of bottle babies, education for those caring for fur babies & support to those needing to re home.

I use my investigative skills to assist a team of several individuals who oversee "Crimes Against Animals" by helping locate those in violation of law so that proper action can be taken against them. My investigative skills are also used to assist in locating owners of found animals from the outdated tag or chip information.

For a while now, my peers in rescue world have been talking about raising funds as
funds are needed for rescued animals who are found injured & in need of immediate medical treatment. Funds are also needed to help those who are able to foster but are not able to provide food & care for those foster animals.

There is so many members on these pet related Face Book pages and if all members would contributed just $1.00 a month we would have enough funds without ever having to worry about raising money on an emergency basis.

Once I do get my D.A.N. degree I will help fund care of a rehab facility for rescued pets. I ask all of you to pitch in just $1.00 a month to help this worthy and so needed cause.

Your support is greatly appreciated.

Yours truly,

Adrean for Ally For Pets

My name is Justin. I'm a survivor of horrific animal cruelty. 3 years ago today I was intentionally set on fire when I was a month old. Thank you to everyone who helped me Crown Veterinary Specialists and Emergency, Animal Alliance of New Jersey and all my friends who sent me paw power. You made a difference in my life.
