Most dogs/cats are scared of fireworks. If you or somewhere near you there will be fireworks this weekend try this:

Tire them out the day of the fireworks. A half hour before the display put your pet in a comfortable room with some calming music and their favorite bedding, toys, etc. If you feel this alone won't work, call your vet to see if there is something over the counter that can be given to relax them.

As the warmer weather comes most like to plant colorful flowers in their garden. Here are a couple of flowering plants that are toxic to cats and dogs. Being aware of what you have can save your pets. Peony and periwinkles. If you have questions about a certain plant let me know. I'll look into it for you.
